The outdoor areas offer dining table, wet bar, fire pit area and canal access providing great outdoor hang out spaces and a relaxing place for fishing. Newer central a/c recently deep cleaned and maintained regularly. Pool is serviced regularly every week very discreetly without disturbing guests every week for crystal clear salt water conditions. The pool is now heated and you may add this amenity for $10/day during your stay. Pest control happens regularly on a quarterly basis to control insects but they are very prevalent in Florida so you should still expect to see one here or there. There are items such as a beach gear (sand filled canopy umbrellas/beach towels/chairs, boogie boards) that you can use for your convenience. Owners live on the premises in an attached guest suite with private entrance on the side of the house between mid January to mid March. During other times of year, the guest suite may also be booked but these guests will access the other unit by a side door, do not use or have access to the lanai or pool area therefore you will have your privacy in those areas.
