My Husband and I have stayed at this hotel 10+ times in the last three years and it is always a Great experience! The entire hotel staff is amazing Whitfield, the Operations Supervisor, always welcomes us with a warm smile. He is very caring, and offers a high level of service and professionalism. He is quick to address any needs or questions we have. In the mornings, we look forward to seeing Marie at the Breakfast area. She always says a big 'Good Morning' and asks how you are. She is cheerful and very kind. The breakfast area is always stocked with yummy food options and kept clean. In the evenings, we like to sit at the bar and have a drink and snack/meal with Janey, the Bartender. She is very friendly and wonderful to talk to, She makes tasty drinks and 'bar food'. Most evenings, It's not a surprise to see the entire bar counter seating area completely full while she is there. Janey creates a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere to unwind in at the end of the day. The hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet and well located. Breakfast is very good with a nice selection of foods and beverages. There are plenty of inside sitting areas and outside sitting areas with couches, chairs and tables. The pool area is very clean, and has tables, chairs and loungers.
