This unit is on the 5th floor. - One of the biggest oceanfront balconies on the beach with a stunning view of the ocean, Cherry Grove Pier, sunrises and sunsets over the ocean. - The kitchen, living room, and master bedroom each have eight foot sliding glass doors opening onto the balcony. We love to relax out there and watch the people, dolphins, and ocean. -The unit is tile throughout with an updated, fully-equipped kitchen with blender, toaster, dishwasher, ice maker, gadgets, etc. -Short walk to the Cherry Grove Pier, grocery store, and oceanfront bars and restaurants. - I am willing to rent to well-behaved pet owners - please let me know ahead of time what type of dog you are bringing (fees apply). -Towels and Sheets are provided for a $120 fee.
