1. We had asked in advance for a room refrigerator for medications and food that rewquired refrigeration. Despite multiple assurances from the front desk staff and on dutry manager, we were never contacted wiyth updates and neveer received the refrigerator.
2. Our carwas misplaced by the valet staff and required an inordinate delay after several complaints in order to finally receive it.
3. The golf course staff was not helpful and, in fact gtreated me as an afterthought. This was particularly disappointing after paying the expensive rate that was charged. Also, I booked a foursome so we did bring in a substantial amount of money for the round.
