I was very disappointed with my experience at this motel. When I arrived, I had to wait outside because the entrance door only opens when someone with a key enters or exits. Eventually, someone let me in.
I went to the front desk, where the staff member was on her phone. At first, I thought she was busy, but she didn’t even acknowledge me or greet me as a customer. I explained that I had a reservation and asked to see the room before checking in. She informed me that the person responsible for showing rooms was not available, and that I would have to pay a $100 deposit before seeing the room.
I asked her to cancel my reservation, but she refused. I then tried to cancel it myself through Trip.com, but my request was rejected several times. As a result, I had no choice but to book a different hotel and leave.
I will never recommend this motel or the booking site. It's clear that they prioritize money over customer satisfaction.
