The Holston River Lodge is a magical mountain riverfront retreat. Nestled on a beautiful stretch of the South Holston River with over 2 acres of land and yards of river frontage. This is the ultimate outdoor playground, seamlessly blending relaxation and adventure. The fishing is world-class, and the swimming, tubing, and kayaking are loads of fun too. After a day full of adventure, unwind in our hot tub overlooking the river or get cozy in front of one of our two beautiful stone fireplaces, one on the main level living room with a 75-inch TV and another in the basement den with a 70-inch TV. With beautiful architecture and details designed to create the perfect retreat for you and your guests. This property was constructed in 2016 by a Virginia builder who is known for quality and detail, using local logs and stone. You will enjoy every square inch of the craftsmanship throughout this house. Discover surrounding experiences such as the Virginia Creeper Trail, Horseback Riding nearby, Zip Lining, Back Of The Dragon, Miniature golf nearby, Drive in Movie Theater nearby, The Lincoln Theater, Hungry Mother State Park, or enjoy quaint shops, The Bristol Motor Speedway, The Hard Rock Casino in Bristol, and a selection of restaurants, wineries, breweries, and distilleries. River Access is available to all guests. The depth ranges from inches to 10 feet along the length of the river. A dip in the cool, clean water is highly encouraged and a great source of recreation. Enjoy great fishing in the South Holston for trout, smallmouth bass, carp, and brim. Caution should always be paramount while swimming or wading in the Holston River at any time of year. Currents may be stronger and depths may change without warning due to rain or snow melt throughout all seasons.
