The biggest hotel in the town! Very beautiful. The rooms are provided with the unique design elements. It was just a lovely stay!

Nice place well located and good welcoming service

저는 2019년에 이 호텔과 스파를 방문했습니다. 그 당시 경험은 괜찮았습니다. 2023년 후반에 스파가 재개장하면서 다시 한 번 시도하기로 했습니다. 정말 큰 실수였습니다. 저는 "cycle équilibre" 트리트먼트 프로그램으로 객실을 예약했고, 특히 패키지(호텔과 스파 트리트먼트)가 약 €2,500이라는 사실을 감안할 때, 제 경험을 정말 기대했습니다. 호텔에 도착했을 때는 전혀 경험이 없었습니다. 바쁜 날에도 최선을 다하는 체크인 데스크 직원이 한 명뿐이었습니다. Accor의 플래티넘 회원인 저는 아무것도 기대하지 않았습니다(Accor All은 아마도 최악의 로열티 호텔 프로그램일 것입니다). 하지만 그런 식으로 멤버십을 인정한다는 정중한 언급이 없는 건 이상했습니다. "충성스러운 멤버가 되어 주셔서 감사합니다. 플래티넘 멤버로서 객실 업그레이드를 받을 자격이 있다는 걸 알고 있습니다. 하지만 지금은 업그레이드를 제공할 수 없고 죄송하지만 고객님의 성원은 소중히 여깁니다." "전에 여기 가보신 적이 있나요?", "네", "여기 열쇠가 있습니다"만 말했습니다. 그리고 스파 트리트먼트 프로그램은 어떻습니까? "스파에 가서 확인해 보세요"... 방은 괜찮았지만 엄청나게 작았습니다. 방 중앙에 있는 오픈 욕실은 정말 좋은 경험이 아니었습니다. 식사는 매우 좋았지만 서비스가 엄청나게 느렸습니다(그리고 웨이터는 그것을 쉽게 인정했습니다). 하지만 최악이었던 건 스파 경험이었습니다. "프로그램"은 일관성이 전혀 없는 여러 트리트먼트를 섞어서 제공한 것에 불과했습니다. 제가 처음 받은 트리트먼트는 전반적인 건강에 대한 컴퓨터 평가였습니다. 치료사는 그것이 어떻게 작동하는지 전혀 몰랐고 결국 세션은 그녀가 컴퓨터가 생성하는 내용을 읽고 어리석은 조언(더 잘 자려면 일정한 시간에 잠자리에 들라는 말인가?)을 하는 것으로 끝났습니다. 일부 트리트먼트는 이용할 수 없었습니다(방 밖에서 트리트먼트를 기다리는 동안 "죄송하지만 컴퓨터가 작동하지 않습니다" 또는 "크라이오를 이용할 수 없습니다"라는 안내가 나옵니다). 습식 트리트먼트는 어디서부터 시작해야 할까요??? 테라피스트가 분명 매우 젊고 훈련을 받지 않았거나 최근에 훈련을 받았습니다. 그들 대부분은 자신이 무엇을 하는지 전혀 몰랐습니다. 전체적인 경험이 매우 스트레스가 많은 경험으로 판명되었고 저는 이 스파의 정말 낮은 수준의 전문적 기준에 질려서 마지막 트리트먼트를 취소(환불 없이)했습니다. 이는 스파가 고객 경험을 개선하기 위해가 아니라 단지 수익을 늘리기 위해 업그레이드되었다는 인상을 줍니다. 저는 결코 다시 가지 않을 것입니다. 놀랍지 않습니다. Accor Thalasso 지점은 최근 몇 년 동안 정말 엉망이었습니다. Dinard 지점은 Accor 브랜드를 떠났고 Novotel Le Touquet는 불쾌한 공장입니다. 다른 Thalasso는 오래되었고 고객 만족에 충분한 관심을 기울이지 않습니다. 여전히 방문할 가치가 있는 유일한 Accor 지점은 Quiberon입니다.

The most Awful hotel we have ever booked. We booked it well beforehand 1,5 months before the trip. The suite of 45 sqm - we were assured by the reservation team it's single level suites. Upon arriving we were offered the duplex right over the roof of the hotel first floor - which was absolutely unacceptable. We asked the front desk to change for the single level suite that we booked 1,5 months in advance however the hotel didn't have any rooms to offer. More than that they didn't want to help and refused to refund. We are literally shocked with the attitude and the behaviour of the hotel management and staff.

Our family of 5 travels a lot, and we stay at nice hotels regularly. The service, hotel experience and food at Cures Marines was *easily* the best overall hotel experience we've ever had. We stayed for a FULL WEEK and literally every time we saw staff they were smiling and friendly, including house-keeping. Everyone! The Guest Relations manager Capucine was incredible. She went above and beyond, multiple times throughout our stay to make sure our stay was unforgettable. The hotel stay was generally excellent, but Capucine is the reason why it is now our favorite. She really made our stay a 10/10, and we can't thank her enough. The hotel restaurant was excellent. Excellent local food, very friendly staff, a nice variety of foods for all ages. Of all the restaurants we ate at in France, our kids liked this one the best. The hotel is walking distance to 50-100 local restaurants, the location is excellent. My recommendation is to stay here for as long as you can. Take day trips to all the local attractions 1-2 hours drive (there are so many), and enjoy the town. Truville-sur-Mer is lovely. We will *definitely* be coming back.

Amazing stay! The room was perfect, spacious and very clean! The bathroom had two sinks as well as a shower! The only thing we would add would be a diffuser for textured hair. The breakfast had many options that were all delicious. The fruit was very ripe even in winter!The welcome drink was very generous in terms of options! The spa was perfect! The many options made it enjoyable! The massage was incredible! Overall amazing stay with a staff that was incredibly friendly! Would recommend 10/10
