아주 좋은 호텔은 많이 늦게 머물렀고 서비스는 매우 좋았습니다. 위생도 깔끔합니다. 어디로든 이동이 편리합니다. 가격이 나쁘지는 않지만 가끔 가격이 오르기도 합니다.

We stayed here 2 weekends in August. In the first weekend, after a long travel day, the fire alarms went off during a rain storm. For an hour they went off intermittently till we were all in the lobby. Apparently due to issue w rain in affecting an alarm. Ok, these things happen. But a week later, on a Monday am….the first day I’ve had to sleep in in weeks….they decide to test the alarms at 8:30. And then again at 9:30. Couldn’t this be done at noon? When we’re not sleeping? Because we’re on vacation? In between the alarms housekeeping came and knocked on the door. Seriously Embassy Suites….do better. I won’t be back.

직원들은 매우 친절합니다. 침대는 매우 시끄럽고 매우 불편합니다. 다른 것을 감당할 수 없다면 할 것입니다. 샤워의 온수는 일관되게 좋은 것이었습니다. 나는 아침을 먹지 않았으므로 그것에 대해 말할 수 없습니다.

Where do I start? First of all when we arrived to check in they said they did not have the room that I requested earlier in the day by calling them. Finally, after some heated discussion all at once they had a room on the top floor, king size bed and away from the elevator. When we arrived in the room it was dirty and the bed was made but looked as though the previous guest slept in it. The bathroom wasn't clean and there was food on the floor. Also, the built in shampoo bottle was completely empty. We called the front desk and she brought up clean sheets for us to make the bed and we showed her everything that was wrong. She agreed and left. We have pictures of everything that was nasty. The next day the lead housekeeper Melissa K. came up to apologize and said she would take care of everything. She seems like the only one in the hotel that cares about anything .Credit to her. She took the girl that cleaned it last into the room and spent two hours cleaning the room she said it should have never been like that. After her cleaning it the room was great. We spoke to the manager of the hotel and did comp us one days stay and supposedly gave us 1000 points, to which I have not seen them yet. Also, the elevator has a really loud squealing sound when it stops. We did bring it to front desk attention to which they didn’t seem to care. The fire alarm button on one of the elevators was broker off, how is that OK? The pool was out of order for all three days we stayed and I'm sure it has not been available for a lot longer. The breakfast selection was poor all three days that we stayed. There were no signature cinnamon rolls. I ask the breakfast attendant and she said they cannot get them. Plus, they only had the prepackaged muffins one day out of the three. The eggs were not hot and dried out. The coffee was weak all three days and terrible tasting. When we left the Norman IHG we went to Roswell NM and stay one night. They had the room that I called ahead for and it was cleaned and they had better coffee and actually had cinnamon rolls and muffins, imagine that.

The bed had very nice heat insulation when sleeping in a cold room, it was a perfect mix. It had a nice place to shower and use toiletries. And for a one bed room, it was very spacious especially since I’m tall. On top of all that the breakfast was amazing. I came only the last day of my trip so I may have missed the good foods but the orange juice really hits the spot.
