到寧德來旅遊，當天比較遲到達，就選擇了就近入住，出動車站走五分鐘就到了這家酒店，真的是相當近了。前台服務人員十分得熱情，給我們升級了房間，安排了一個高樓層，還貼心的送了一份水果。酒店早餐也十分的不錯，很符合我的口味；第二天出行的時候，滴滴出行怎麼也定位不到酒店的位置，前台工作人員很熱心幫助了我，順利的打到了車，確實是蠻不錯的一次入住體驗。

리리뷰어홈스테이의 위치는 훌륭하고 환경은 매우 좋으며 레이아웃은 매우 따뜻하고 우아하며 잘 생긴 상사와 그의 가족은 매우 열정적이며 서비스는 제자리에 있고 사려 깊습니다. 우리는 매우 만족합니다! 객실에서 바다와 일몰을 감상하는 것은 매우 시원합니다. 홈스테이와 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 객실 시설은 매우 완벽하며 나머지는 밤에 조용하고 편안합니다. 아침 식사는 맛있고 내가 좋아하는 방법입니다. 집값은 매우 합리적입니다. 홈스테이의 규모는 크지 않지만 손님들은 매우 따뜻함을 느끼고 약간 ”집”으로 돌아간 느낌입니다. 앞으로 친구들이 ”동비마을”에 올 때 적극 추천합니다!

리리뷰어Through the cute garden, you step right into a little oasis of peace and calm. The owners have paid a lot of attention to details, and you can easily tell that they value high quality. The whole premise reflects the principle “simple but elegant”. This contrasts with the bubbly and extremely warm personalities of the owners. I was amazed by their hospitality and how welcome they made me feel right when I stepped through the door. Throughout my stay they were very caring and helped me out with various trip arrangements. They really are passionate about hosting people and making sure their guests have a perfect time in Xiapu. Have some tea with the hotel owners, share some delicious seafood at the fantastic restaurant next door, stroll through the village, and of course go see the sunrise at one of Xiapu’s most famous spots to observe the golden morning lights, just a few hundred meters from the hotel. This has easily been one of the most amazing experiences I had in China, not only because Xiapu is a very charming and beautiful place, but to a large extent thanks to this homestay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Xiapu!

리리뷰어This is the nicest boutique hotel I have stayed in China. The staff are very friendly and hospitable, serves me tea the moment I step into hotel. Manager Xiao Luan upgraded me to the sixth floor from fourth floor of hotel which offers a much better view of the sea beneath without added charge. Also explains very carefully how the gadgets in the ultra modern room works. Can watch TV and movies on screen operated remotely. Same with curtains which can be drawn by remote. Big plus is that toilet seat is heated. Room is also warmed by air conditioning which is a bonus, since the day I checked in is quite cold. From the room window, can get panoramic view of the sea beneath. Makes tea drinking by the window a pleasure. Breakfast is delicious and there is free flow of porridge and noodle soup which is cooked with oysters and other seafood. Also plus is that there is lift landing at every level, so no need to climb stairs to reach room. At the roof on the Ninth floor, can take beautiful pics of the bay below.

But most of, the people running this hotel were the ones the really made the stay extra special. They went out of their way to make sure I have comfortable stay, either by helping me book car for going around the place or by taking me to restaurant for dinners. Highly recommended!!!!!

집사 서비스는 매우 세심하고 매일 다른 과일과 스낵이 제공되며 맛이 좋습니다! 예상치 못한 ～
나는 또한 그들의 레스토랑과 애프터눈 티를 Amway에 방문해야합니다. 구덩이를 밟지 않고 가격도 적당하고 비싸지 않습니다. 외식하기 힘들고 싶지 않다면 하루 종일 홈스테이에서 해결할 수 있습니다. 여자아이들은 여기 오면 미친듯이 을 수 있고, 홈스테이와 주변 지역에 슈퍼 레드 사진 체크인 포인트가 있고, 영화가 포장되어 있습니다.

리리뷰어Hotel location is ok, cleanliness of the room is good, every day the towel is changed and bathroom clean up. An point to note: the smoking room and NON-smoking room must clearly marked. It was unpleasant for a non-smoker to rest in a smoker room. The hotel cafe has been closed since Aug 2024.

KKah HiengThe hotel is located on a new area just next to the old zone. It's just a short walk to the 黃氏宗祠 along the old road, which has been dug up for resurfacing and hence really dusty.
The hotel has 4 floors. There are 2 functioning lifts. There are few hotel guests so there is no waiting. People smoke in the hotel so non smokers need to endure the smell.
Room feels old but acceptable. There are plenty of charging points and USB cables to meet your needs. AC is working so is the kettle.
Bathroom can be cleaner and is a let down. Water heating works well. Limited bathroom amenities. Towel is just OK.
Still it's one of the better hotels in this small town.

원래 좋은 의견을주고 싶었지만 너무 나빴습니다. 😂 호텔 옆에 다른 포장 마차가 있습니다. 밤새 술을 마시는 소리가 시끄럽고 다음 방의 소리가 선명하게 들립니다. 시설에 대해 이야기합시다. 소프트웨어는 2025년에 문을 열었다고 표시하지만 호텔에 도착했을 때 분명히 개조되고 다시 열리게 된 것 같습니다. 욕실 문이 닫히지 않고 커튼을 닫기가 어렵고 욕실 배수구가 막혀 있습니다. 선택된 슈페리어 더블룸은 객실 유형도 업그레이드되었으며 여전히 매우 작은 방입니다. 에어컨을 켜면 머리에 직접 불어넣습니다. 유일한 장점은 아마도 프론트 데스크 서비스가 매우 좋다는 것입니다.

리리뷰어Excellent location as within walking distance to the Taimushan scenic area. Bus station to the railway station is also nearby. Food wise and morning market is nearby. Breakfast of porridge etc 👍. Excellent service too as when I told them WiFi is not working the receptionist came over immediately to see the problem.
