Lovely, relaxed atmosphere in this hotel, with friendly, helpful staff. It has well decorated rooms throughout with nice touches in every room and is in a beautiful location with great views of Etna. Very good breakfast and the coffee served in the bar is first class! We had a lovely time there.

We stayed at villa Michelangelo for 3 nights and it was ideal for our planned trip to Etnaland. With mount Etna as our view pool side we couldn’t fault the service and attention we received. We arrived at lunch and had something pool side which was very tasty. We also ate there one evening and it was delicious. Highly recommend. The poor is busy with some local bookings so if you like to sit in the sun and relax with a book. I recommend that you pre book your spot by the pool. The pool has a lifeguard at all times and he keep a close eye on everyone. The pool Can get very deep in places and you must wear a swim hat (swim shorts ok for men). The local town has just lovely. We were very lucky to arrive on the feast of st Anthony. So that was very special and lovely celebrations on the streets. Our room was great. Our son had a loft above our room. It had to 2 single beds and he loved having a special space. The hotel is busy with local events so this can lead to some music etc around the pool at night. We went to Etnaland over 2 days (Monday and Tuesday) The first time we went to the theme park from 7.30pm until midnight. We had a great evening. Queues were quick and if I was to compare to queues in Disney… they were short! There was loads to keep us all entertained. The following day we went to the aqua park in Etnaland. We had a ball. There were secure lockers for our bag €5 ( you need and ID card to secure). There are also changing rooms at the toilets at the entrance to the park. The slides where great. We bought pool shoes and these are great. You can get them in any supermarket for €3-€4 each. The tiles are hot so you’ll need something on your feet. Great location. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at this hotel. Food was good too. However, when we arrived, lift was out of order and we had to carry luggages from the stairs. When we were leaving we had to ask to switch on the lift. On one night, I couldn't sleep till after midnight because it was Saturday and music was left till late and was very loud. When in your room, you can hear others talking in the rooms nearby. Maintenance in rooms and furniture is not of high quality but inside and surrounding areas around hotel are beautiful.

sconsiglio, ci siamo recati domenica 08 agosto in codesta struttura per ususfruire ella piscina. Il giorno prima abbiamo prenotato dei lettini a bordo piscina e ci hanno detto che fossero disponibili, il giorno successivo ci siamo recati in questa struttura dove ci accolto una signora a dir poco maleducata dove ci diceva che i lettini non fossero disponibili alzando la voce, piscina sporchissima e bagnino un ragazzino maleducatissimo

Nul ! A fuir !!! Ceci n’est pas un hôtel mais une discothèque ! Fête d’anniversaire en bas de notre chambre jusqu’à pas d’heure sans aucunes informations de la réception ! Aucun arrangement trouver ! Nul nul nul du jamais vu ! Passez votre route !

Abbiamo trascorso una Vacanza a dir poco Fantastica la quale è stata resa così Grazie a tutto lo Staff dell'Hotel Villa Michelangelo che lavora serpre con il Sorriso per Trasformare la Nostra Vacanza in un Ricordo Indimenticabile. Grazie ci Vedremo Presto.
