Sports harbour 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 22 km, riding stable 10 km. Nearby attractions: Place Masséna 1.2 km, Vieux-Nice 1.8 km, Musée d'Art Moderne 2 km, Villefranche sur Mer 9 km, Marineland Antibes 16 km, Monaco 22 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Saint Cassien 50 km. Hiking paths: Parc National du Mercantour 53 km. 3-room apartment 100 m2 on 2nd floor. Spacious, well kept apartment we were three, would not stay if there were 6. Everything was in good working order and the two bathrooms including a shower room were very welcome. View from the front balconies over the park were wonderful. Tram stop right

Apartment very well located, close to the beach, the tram and the shops. All the comforts were present, the kitchen well equipped and the elevator is really appreciable for the suitcases. The two bathrooms are an advantage when you are in a group. Big plu

Die Unterkunft ist gross, liegt zentral ind trotzdem recht ruhig. Promenade des Anglais in 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. S-Bahnstation gleich vis à vis . Ich würde es in diesem Appartement locker mehrere Monate aushalten. Ich habe sofort zuhause gefühlt
