I booked the property for 2 nights. My check-in time was 5 pm, and I checked around 7 pm. To my utter surprise, I found the bedrooms all upside down and not cleaned after the previous guest left. I took pictures and sent them to management. The management could not find a cleaner for us that night. They asked us to wait till the next morning for the cleaner. I declined their offer. We waited for the management to clean the house for almost 4 hours with 4 kids who were tired and past their bedtime. I finally decided to leave the property at 11 pm that night and had to find a hotel to stay. I requested a refund for the nightmare experience. The management informed me it’s under their non-refundable policy. This is ridiculous because their policy must also ensure a clean unit for the guest before arrival. Nevertheless, I left the property with my family at 11 pm and had to move to a hotel around midnight. ******* must ensure they don’t list such property, ruining their reputation.
