Wonderful! We enjoyed two nights in The Falls room at The Butler House. Jamie and Dan were great hosts and we had a lovely time. Breakfast was delicious and I forgot to ask for a recipe, but I will reach out for it! The house is so well maintained and the room was great. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had so much storage! We also enjoyed the other guests each evening and during breakfast. It was an easy walk to the falls and we really enjoyed staying on the NY side. Their restaurant recommendations were super helpful too!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Butler House Bed & Breakfast. The bed was comfy and the breakfasts were great. The house and rooms were homey and you just felt like you lived there too. Every day you get a savory and sweet breakfast so it's like having 2 breakfasts which gives you the fuel you need to walk around and see the falls. I loved sitting on the front porch bench swing and just looking at all the beautiful fall colors on this lovely little street. Dan was a great host and went above and beyond when I left my iPad in my room. He shipped it to me the same day I left and it arrived a few days later. It was perfectly packed in a box with bubble wrap and even a towel to prevent it from breaking. I shouldn't have expected anything less from Dan as he seems to be meticulous in everything he does from decorating to plating breakfast. I would stay here again if I ever go back to Niagra Falls.

A terrific experience! Don and Jamie were gracious and warm hosts. The rooms were warm, tastefully decorated and very comfortable as was the entire home. The living room or sitting room was comfortable and inviting with coffee,tea and always a pastry from the finest bakery in Niagara Falls. Then there are the breakfasts - two courses- Fresh , squeezed oj , blueberry waffles and turkey sausage and veggies the second was a bagel with a vegetable and egg mix and baked. Absolutely wonderful! I recommend this highly, not just because of the terrific meals and lovely home - but also of their philosophy of buying older houses with charm and potential and contributing to the the reinvention of the community. Truly, people you want to be associated with.

Great location, walkable to the Falls. Super friendly, helpful hosts with suggestions for dining and excursions. Delicious homemade full breakfast. Room very comfortable with separate sunroom for relaxing after a full day of exploring. All day snacks, coffee , water, fresh fruit offered.

What a great B&B! Centrally located to several of the areas attractions and within walking distance. Four rooms generously outfitted with comfortable beds and private baths. Jamie and Daniel were exceptional hosts. The breakfast each morning was 5 stars alone. Tour services hired each day provided door to door service.

Each morning amidst the pleasant aroma of Dan preparing breakfast, Karen and I grabbed a cup of coffee and headed to the swing on the front porch to await his two-course offering - something savory and something sweet. Great way to start your day! Staying 4 nights allowed us to experience the diversity Dan's culinary skill and fully appreciate the details of Jamie's beautifully decorated house. And Jamie's engaging personality and willingness to share both her personal and the house's history created an atmosphere that encouraged the guests to get to know each other as well.
