더 웨이파인더 호텔 후기

객실의 에어컨이 작동하지 않아서 행사 준비를 해야 했습니다. 그날은 섭씨 28도였고, 객실이 꼭대기 층에 있어서 매우 더웠습니다. 유지 보수 담당자가 와서 수리했지만, 에어컨이 작동해서 방을 식히는 데 꽤 오랜 시간이 걸렸습니다. 그날 밤 돌아와서 TV를 켰습니다. 리모컨 배터리가 다 된 것 같아서 채널을 바꾸거나 TV를 다시 끌 수 없었습니다. 자정쯤에 다시 유지 보수 담당자에게 전화해야 했습니다. 그들은 TV 뒤로 가서 꺼야 했습니다(TV가 벽에 걸려 있었고, 제가 직접 플러그를 꽂을 수가 없었습니다). 수압이 전혀 없었습니다. 딸아이는 이틀 밤 동안 머리를 감지 않았습니다. 시간이 너무 오래 걸릴 것 같았기 때문입니다. 아들과 사위에게 두 번째 방을 빌렸습니다. 그들은 행사 준비를 위해 다른 주에서 왔는데, 방에는 작동하는 콘센트가 없었습니다. 그들도 준비를 위해 유지 보수 담당자에게 전화해야 했습니다. 그들은 행사에 늦었습니다. 호텔은 시내 중심가에 위치하지 않으므로 길 건너편에 있는 ****** 외에는 다른 곳으로 걸어갈 생각은 하지 마세요. 가격이 너무 비싼 편입니다.

직원들은 친절했고 바에서 환영 음료를 제공했습니다. 모든 것이 깨끗했고 객실도 넓었습니다. 위치도 좋았고 월마트, 쇼핑센터, 많은 레스토랑과 가까웠습니다. 제가 불만이었던 점은 벽이 얇아서 밖이나 위층에서 사람들이 말하는 소리가 들렸다는 것입니다. 그 외에는 모든 것이 완벽했습니다!

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. For a new hotel, they took a lot of short cuts and they need to go room to room and fix things. There is a light switch by the door that doesn’t turn on any lights, the lighting is minimal, the air conditioner and the bathroom fan both sounded like an airplane ready to take off! On a positive note, the bed was comfortable. The gym had 2 broken bikes and old treadmills making it unappealing. It did have a nice bar and coffee cafe.

What a delightful surprise! The hotel is hip and friendly, with attractive spaces and thoughtful touches. Free bikes made it a pleasure to get to downtown Newport. Easy walk to Empire Tea and Coffee, Bridge Liquors, and Stop and Shop. A stunning park is behind with trails through a forest and an excellent playground. The room was stylish and bright. The front desk staff was so helpful and courteous. I enjoyed the pool with a great playlist in the background. I highly recommend the Wayfinder Hotel--one of my favorites of all the hotels I've stayed in worldwide. PS: And the best part is, it's affordable!

we loved the location. It was close to where we wanted to tour. We had help to find our room.

Great trip, close to " mansions" and Newport music festival...Staff was very helpful, kind. Room was clean. Plenty of parking. There were certain fees for amenities Etc; I wish they would give US the option as to whether WE WANTED THE " amenities" and accordingly adjust the bill :) Our access to Internet was non existent for one day...as, apparently, bad weather plays havoc on Internet/ wifi. Also wish they had more options for breakfast....I may have overlooked, but do they have a brochure re local restaurants/ activities. We were there for brothers birthday and concert so additional activities were not a requisite. We' d stay there again but further discuss the " upcharge" for " stuff" we were either not going to use .

Great, but location out of the way a bit
