After our first night, the hotel said you could request softer pillows if required - which we did the very next morning and was assured these would be put in our room for us.
When we got back that evening, no pillows had been given and I was told that there were only 4 in the whole hotel.
The reception staff were very nice and there wasn't anything that they could've done, but being notified earlier in the day, could've allowed us to source some others from a shop.
As a result, we had 1 night with hard, high pillows and sore necks the next day and 3 nights with a single duvet as a pillow which didn't provide the greatest night's sleep, especially while pregnant so pretty disappointed in that respect.
As a suggestion, either stock more than 4 pillows as an alternative or remove the option of changing the pillows from the welcome pack if you are unable to fulfil this requirement.
I note that the Grey Street Hotel is part of your chain and I'd have happily driven to them and picked some up, but this wasn't an option.
