Our One Bedroom and Studio Suites are located in the community of Newberg Oregon which is commonly referred to as the "Gateway to Oregon Wine Country" where our passion for local wine, food, culture, and adventure come alive! These full, luxurious apartment-style suites have been remodeled with modern amenities travelers desire while still capturing the original grandeur of the historic building, making these suites a great place to call home each night of your visit to the Willamette Valley. Flat #2: This Studio suite at the Yamhill Flats is spacious in size and residential in feeling. With a splash of color, this suite features a vivacious modern full kitchen, a supremely comfy queen bed, ample clothing storage, and a small dining table and seating. The en-suite bathroom features a beautiful, large tiled standing shower, lots of lighting, plush towels, and a hair dryer.  This is one of five Yamhill Flats available above the charming downtown. Our flats feature all of the same amenities you would expect when visiting a luxury hotel, with the bonus of modern, fully equipped kitchens (two without ovens). We recommend bringing in luggage carefully and taking your time on the stairs. Family items (baby gate, high chair, pack 'n play) & yoga mats are available to rent upon request. *Lifestyle Properties would like to assure you that all homes have been aerated, deep cleaned, and commonly used surfaces have been sanitized prior to your arrival.
