'원래는 인디고 1호점을 예약하려고 했는데 만실이라 인디고 2호점을 이용해 보기로 했는데, 정말 탁월한 선택이었어요. 1호점과 마찬가지로 훌륭한 서비스를 제공하더라고요. 호텔 청결 상태는 정말 최고였고, 은은한 향기가 특히 좋았어요. 객실에 비치된 편의시설도 잘 갖춰져 있었고요. 4박 동안 정말 만족스러운 시간을 보냈습니다.'

'⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pleasant Stay at Boon Poshtel Hatyai During my recent trip to Hatyai, I stayed at Boon Poshtel and had a very pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, the receptionists greeted us with warm smiles and a welcoming attitude that made us feel right at home. Their friendliness and hospitality truly stood out throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a day of exploring the city. The hotel also has a nice dining and common area where guests can sit, relax, and unwind. The room rates are very affordable, offering excellent value for money. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is located a little further from the main town area, but this is easily outweighed by the comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service provided. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Boon Poshtel Hatyai to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly accommodation with exceptional hospitality. 'It is located at the old Hatyai.However, it is not far away (generally around 2-4km for places located within new Hatyai) from new Hatyai where you will find all the night markets and the mall, Central Hatyai. If there is intention to rent car, it is definitely not an issue renting this place.This is really good for a family, it has 2 storeys and 2 rooms with queen size beds. The hosts, a couple, are very friendly and helpful. They recommended very nice places to visit and eat upon request. Happy and satisfied with my stay there.'

'💯‼️ 정말 최고예요! 저희는 5명이었는데, 방이 정말 넓어서 10명까지도 충분히 들어갈 수 있을 것 같았어요. 모든 게 넓고, 정말 깨끗하고, 새것처럼 보였어요. 직원분들도 친절하고 도움이 많이 되어서 더욱 즐거운 여행이었어요. 욕실도 엄청 넓고 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗해서 (저한테는 정말 큰 장점이었어요!). 정말 10점 만점에 10점짜리 호텔이에요. 다음에 또 꼭 묵을 거예요! 😎🫰🏽 이 호텔 정말 너무 좋아요!'

'I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.'
