'저희는 망고 스위트 앙헬레스에서의 짧은 숙박이 정말 좋았습니다. 오로라 뮤직 페스티벌 때문에 슈페리어 매트리모니얼 룸을 예약했는데, 클라크 글로벌 시티와 가까워서 위치가 정말 편리했어요. 직원분들도 친절하고 협조적이셨습니다.💛 방은 깨끗하고 아늑했으며, 가격도 매우 저렴했습니다. 멋진 숙박을 제공해주셔서 감사합니다! 내년에 AMF에 다시 참가한다면 분명 또 예약할 거예요.'

'SB19 보러 2026년 오로라 뮤직 페스티벌에 참석해서 이 호텔을 예약했어요. 행사장과 정말 가까웠습니다. 직원분들도 친절하시고, 방도 깨끗했어요. 서비스 아파트처럼 스토브, 큰 냉장고, 전자레인지까지 완비되어 있었고, 세탁기도 있었어요. 요리하기 싫으면 커피숍, 편의점, 맛있는 일식당도 있고요. 한식당도 있었는데 가보지는 못했어요. 이 호텔 덕분에 페스티벌 기간 동안 정말 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다.'

'체크아웃 시 프런트에 보증금이 없어 환불받을 수 없었습니다. 객실 청소 담당 직원도 혼자 있었고, 체크아웃하는 고객에게 현금을 주지 않았습니다. 프런트 직원도 없어서 고객은 직원이 현금을 가져올 때까지 15분이나 기다려야 했습니다! 또한 밤에는 복도에 조용히 하라는 안내문이 곳곳에 붙어 있음에도 불구하고 매우 시끄러웠습니다. 야간 경비원도 신경 쓰지 않는 것 같았습니다. 이 방에 들어온 이후로 침대 밑, 테이블과 의자 밑에 먼지와 머리카락이 가득했습니다.'

'Very enjoyable stay overall. The first night wasn't as good though because they gave me a room on the 3rd floor which had a few ants the next morning, so I requested a room change and they gave me a room on the 6th floor which was much better. Housekeeping was good since they clean all the dishes but they don't provide hand towels, only provide packets of bath gel and shampoo and small cheap hotel bar soap which I didn't use. Also, the hot water was only lukewarm the whole time and they didn't have a second trash can after I changed rooms which is strange. Additionally, I had to request trash bags since it seems pretty gross without them. If they fixed these small issues, the hotel stay would be nearly flawless. The gym was top notch. One other thing, check-in was a hassle since they make you sign this waiver saying you won't break or lose any little item in the room like the 8 picture frames and 2 ornaments on the walls and tables, the chairs and tables themselves, and anything and everything in the room. So I had to check every item was there myself before signing the form.'

'I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.'

'The facilities were ok for the price and the caretaker was friendly. It was comfortable for us and maybe we can stay here again should the occasion arise.'

'Service is good, hotel is clean, location is near cafes and yoga/pilates - no frills hotel, good choice!'
