'My stay at the palace hotel was wonderful. The guest room was bright and comfortable, and every corner was kept impeccably clean. The staff were extremely courteous, making every interaction a pleasant one. I felt truly refreshed in both body and mind, and I would certainly love to stay there again.'

'It's acceptable price for solo traveling and staffs also friendly. What to improve: - elevator should be usable - some materials like hand washing sink and bathtub 🛀 look old even if it was clean but look like rusty bcuz of brown color - if the big mirror on the table has been replaced by something like TV or a small one is better.'

'The hotel is exceptionally clean, the service is outstanding, and the staff members are kind, friendly, and prompt in addressing any concerns. There is no doubt that this hotel is a hidden gem in Siem Reap.'

'Come to Siem Reap to visit Angkor Wat Temple, very close to the property. I chose this property because I was traveling with my grandkids and this property was equipped well to look after and entertain kids. This property was perfect for the guests with kids because there is so much to do. Capybara were super friendly and cute. Rooms were something out of the world and kids did not stop talking about the Capybara theme things and amenities in the room. CAFE was well stocked and good choices. I used the swimming pool, spa and sauna after my gym session all while kids were busy in playground. There were 200 kids costumes in kids room which was so good. I am vegetarian but had no problems as menu had something for everyone. Staff was so friendly and helpful, fluent in English so no communication. We felt totally at home 🏡 Also took many capybara merchandise for memories and presents 🎁 Only 1 downside : kids did not want to leave when checking out. They are still talking about the ”kids hotel”'

'Great location for exploring Siem Reap just a short walk from all the central tourist areas, including the market streets, yet away on a quiet-enough street that booking tuktuks and taxis is completely stress-free. A 7/11 and an Emart are both just 5 minutes away, which is convenient. The staff made the stay even better. The receptionists were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. I booked my Angkor Wat tour directly through reception, it was easy to arrange and great value at just $19. They even gave me a wake-up call at 4:15am to make sure I was up and ready in time for the tour, which was a lovely touch. I also tried the room service one evening, the food arrived quickly and was genuinely high quality, and it’s great that the menu stays open until late for irregular tourist schedules. The room itself was spacious and well-furnished, with really nice ambient lighting and a good bathroom. Small details like fast lifts and 24/7 reception and security at the front door added to the sense that this hotel is well run and guest-focused.'
