What started as a disruption turned into a surprisingly positive experience—thanks to efficient problem-solving and a warm, comfortable new stay. Following the unexpected change of plans, we stayed at Heishui Gaduo Manor Homestay, and it turned out to be a genuinely heartwarming experience. Although the staff did not speak English, their willingness to help was evident in every interaction. Through gestures, smiles, and sincere effort, they made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. As we were preparing to visit Dagu Glacier Scenic Area, we purchased instant noodles and additional canned oxygen from the property, just to be safe for the high altitude. The prices were fair and reasonable, with no sense of overcharging. What stood out the most was the genuine hospitality—proving that meaningful service goes beyond language. True hospitality isn’t defined by words, but by the sincerity and care you feel along the journey.'

'This hotel was amazing! It feels like a newly opened hotel, but everything is very well-equipped and thoughtfully prepared. The hotel restaurant serves Hunan-style hot pot for dinner, and it was absolutely delicious. There were also many Thai guests staying here. The rooms do not have air conditioning, but it wasn’t a problem at all because the weather is cool throughout the year. I accidentally left some belongings at the hotel, and the staff kindly helped coordinate the return shipment. The service was excellent in every aspect. '深夜抵達黑水縣，一次性訂了兩間客房。這家民宿剛開業，入住客人不多，環境安靜清幽。院內停車十分便利，房間空間寬敞，全屋智能設施使用起來很省心。黑水縣氣候涼爽，客房沒有配備空調，我體質偏瘦怕冷，房東格外貼心，專門為我備好取暖設備，細節滿滿。床品柔軟親膚，一夜睡得安穩舒適，洗漱用品均為一次性用品，乾淨衞生，還配備智能馬桶。前台工作人員服務熱情周到、辦事貼心。我住在一樓，自帶小院子，夜晚坐在院中吹晚風，愜意又放鬆，入住體驗滿分，十分推薦！'
