Conviennent location in midtown Manhattan , and very nice city view. The hotel offered Daily Cash for food and laundry. The room is small with some smart space design, suitable for travellers with light packages. I had a wonderful experience here.

I was going to be there about an hour earlier and had a call to take. So tried to reach them by phone to see if they would let me check in an hour early. Or I would find other quiet location. Nope. You cannot reach them by phone! The super happy bot simply keeps running you in circles and refuses to connect even when it says it's connecting you to a live agent. So if you are in need of assistance or have a question when you are out of the hotel, you are also out of luck. So had to get there in person. When arrived and asked if I could checkin an hour earlier (I had checked the hotel website the same room I had booked was available for sale), the response was a no effort, scripted all check-ins are at 4. No attempt to help or assist. I understand cleaning and all other things but I stay at Marriott hotels on a weekly basis and know the difference between when someone is trying to help you and when they are not. Tried to go to the vibe bar next door so maybe I could sit there. No one would seat me or talk to me for over 10 minutes I was there. I used to like Moxy because of their vibe, but will be skipping them from now on. You cannot run a hotel on groovy vibes alone and you should definitely not be able to operate one without allowing its guests the ability to reach you. And a chirpy bot doesn't count. If they would simply pick up their phone!

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Frustrating that there is a $50 fee for early check in, which leads to incredibly long lines at 4:00pm when everyone is trying to check in for their stats. We were told when we arrived at 2:30pm that our room was ready, but we would have still have to pay the fee, even though we didn’t request early check in and it was 1.5 hours before 4pm. There was a pleasant surprise that we had $30 credit each, per night to use at the hotel bar and coffee shop. The room was bright and clean, water pressure in the shower was great, and the view was lovely (nice view of Empire State Building). The rooftop bar sounded like a lot of fun, but we were not dressed properly and the line became long quickly. They did advise that if we wanted to go to the rooftop bar, we should get in line before 9pm, tell them we were hotel guests, and they would waive the entry fee/give priority entry. Overall, a nice experience and I would stay here again, but plan to arrive after 4pm!

Bathroom was leaking all over the floor of the room. We asked for towels 3 times and didn't get them. Staff was not helpful. Just not worth the money.

The hotel is nothing special. The Holiday Inn on the next block looked better and the holiday inn express even has full breakfast included and a terrace in front of their building. This one had the world’s most basic and small lobby’s they never came to clean or freshen up the room during our stay.

Very clean, friendly staff, good housekeeping. Was able to make accommodations for all of the guest in my party. Would visit again and would recommend to others looking for a place to stay during their vacation!

Location is very convenient. Only 20 minute walk to Rockefeller center/Bryant park. 20 Minutes to West village. Subway station is near by. Room is comfortable. Great views of city fro hotel room. Exercise room is well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Only complaint is the pillows. Staff are friendly. Will come again next time I am in NY
