Everything was very clean and the villa had lots of space. Staff was all nice and extremely helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Loved the facilities. Villas are really neat. Great for rv family’s. Good on site restaurant. Neighborhood outside of fences and gates is rough but the facility is guarded and secure. Had a great stay!

We were able to check in early. Everything was good hot tub was open but freezing. And cable in the room dint work very good. Would cut out or not work ar all.. over all nice place away from the city. Pretty peaceful place to relax.

In all fairness, we did not have an RV, so we stayed in one of the villas. The website really needs updating and to be more cellphone friendly. It was difficult to navigate and see actual photos of the property and rooms. The villa I thought we were getting was one with a living room area and an actual kitchen. What we got was 2 rooms, a bathroom. It had a microwave, mini fridge and a little sink. It was myself, my husband and our 6 year old.
We were going to NOLA to spend Christmas with family but they ended up not being able to make it and no refunds were given so we were stuck. We had to pile all the presents up on the tiny table and then open gifts and everything in one of the bedrooms due to no living space.
The property was pretty clean overall, but the villa was less than ideal. Maybe it’s a better experience when you stay there in an RV? We ended up leaving 2.5 days early because it was so bad.

Very quiet and peaceful area. I little mold of the bathroom ceiling, else very clean and tidy.
It was great to have an active security guide during the middle of the night

We reserved the room to stay in for 2 nights with *******. We ran into car problems and tried to call and let them know we could not make it. Their phone number just rang and went to voice mail that was full. We call ******* to help us and they tried to call them and got the same thing. ******* said they would handle it and still have not refunded the money back. So we did not stay due to not enough funds and had to drive another 8 hour up to a friend's place in Arkansas. Not happy at all.
