홀리데이 인 익스프레스 뉴올리언스 - 세인트찰즈 후기

우리는 매우 만족합니다 깨끗하고 방이 좋아요 새것 같아 보여요 하지만 음식의 질이 매우 좋지 않고, 과일과 채소가 없고, 플라스틱 수저를 들고 먹습니다.

훌륭한 위치는 크루즈 항구/아울렛 몰까지 도보로 단 몇 분 거리에 있으며 전차/트롤리 노선 건너편에 있으며 제2차 세계대전 박물관에서 단 한 블록 떨어져 있습니다. 여기에서 필요한 도시 어디든 갈 수 있습니다. 수영장은 없지만 우리는 수영을 많이 하지 않으므로 문제가 되지 않습니다. 직원들은 우리 방의 문제에 대해 큰 도움을 주었고 일찍 체크인할 수 있도록 해주었습니다. 누구에게나 기꺼이 이것을 추천할 것이며 다음에 뉴올리언스를 방문할 때 다시 사용할 것입니다.

방은 조금 작지만 아늑하고 직원들이 잘 대해줬어요!

房間乾淨整潔，還有免費早餐。旁邊就是南方藝術博物館、南北戰爭博物館及二戰博物館。

老破舊。小，垃圾當中的垃圾，誰住誰吃葯，差差差。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。極度差

Good facilities and a convenient location between the convention Center and the French Quarter. Attentive staff. The breakfast can be improved.

Upon arrival my sheets had stains on them. I then found that the fridge in the room was broken. Following that the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. 2 days into my stay while I was drying off from the shower I found the towel now had stains on it. The room had one very small window and view from my room was a solid brick wall that made me feel like I was in prison. I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels and this as by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The walls had markings in them, the ceiling paint was chipping, and you never spoke to a front desk person who didn’t also have AirPods in.

The room cleaning was not great was lucky to get 1 towel 1 wash cloth and 1 bat mat the first 2 days the last day i got 2 wash cloths no bat mat for outside the show and the towel looked like a cleaning towl that was only 3 foot by maybe 2 foott and was like using sand paper to dry off with. The body wash was empty and was never refilled in the shower. Other than the poor room service on bathroom essentials the place was ok

Our room was quite near the breakfast area... there was music even at night - pretty damn annoying. Breakfast was nice/ ok. Service was a disaster. I dont know why but there was no housekeeping. Even after we let them know that we want the room to be made we found just new towels. So yeah - no thank you.

The location is very close to the WWII Museum. The room was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. The entrance to the hotel lobby was flooded with 12" of rain water when I arrived and I had to plow through it with luggage held high. Not fun.

My only complaint with this hotel is that the parking lot behind it is "Premium Parking" and it costs like 50$ a night to park there. It kept saying it was "Event Pricing" and no one knew what this was, even the parking lot attendant - nothing was done about it though. It is better to park on the road for less and walk over. Still, it was a quiet, pleasant stay. The staff were super nice and helpful.
