Full kitchen and bath. Sleeping area in loft sleeps two. Queen size sleeper sofa serves as additional sleeping for guests. Cottage surrounded by 1,000 sq ft cedar deck on 3 sides. Goshen stone patio and grilling area. 140' rock wall accentuates the property. Cottage is walking distance to Inn on The Green and New Marlborough Grange. 5 minutes to Butternut Ski area. Land trust across the street from cottage. Outdoor smoking only. Culligan water sulfur filtration tank provides clean water with no smell to the entire house.
