Hotel Banz Near Delhi Airport

It’s close to Delhi airport 400rupees in taxi. easy to find unlike another I tried. Room is big although pretty tatty. Bed comfortable. Bathroom is ok. Service is friendly. Although English is scant. In house restaurant is ok but no alcohol. And it’s cheap

Had a wonderful time with my family at Radisson blu plaza. The hotel is very good & well maintained. The staff is very courteous, welcoming and professional, especially at the, restaurant & room service. all in all amazing property & lovely people. Will definitely visit again.

I wish I could give it a zero stars. We arrived quite late and didn’t have much time to re-pack and rest as we had an early flight. We booked twin room and upon check in we asked if we have two beds. Receptionist confirmed. When we opened there was one bed. I travel with my friend so we would not sleep in the same bed. Staff was awful, first they said they can’t do anything about it, after seeing that I am not letting it go, they offered a different room with one bed and they said they will provide additional mattress! We obviously refused and asked in that case to get two rooms since this was their error. They refused. Then they said they will prepare another room with two beds ( earlier they said they don’t have rooms available!) but we were loosing precious time that we needed for a rest before a long flight. They ended up changing our room for much worse. Boiler was off so there was no warm water to take a shower and we didn’t have time to wait for it to warm water up. Avoid avoid avoid

They are charging hefty and they didn't provide bills. Reception and hotel ***agement is very unfriendly. Even they are not ready to provide bills which they charge against government guidelines. Never recommend this hotel for staying.
