I have already written a review, but the proof of the pudding is that I had to go back so soon and was already treated like a friend. Such a small team really pull off a treat with this hotel. There might be one of two little snags around the edges in terms of the physical product (the spa could perhaps use some gentle renovation) and my bathroom is marginally dated, but the hospitality is warm and genuine whilst the food is really above and beyond expectations. The gala dinner evening with live volksmusik is perhaps cliche, but I don't care - I love it! It's worth re-iterating, this is not doorstep skiing (apart from Langlauf) but rather a fantastic base that's incredibly close to Innsbruck airport that allows exploration of many mountains within easy striking distance.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner/manager Daniel, he was welcoming ,accommodating, and helpful in every way. This did not waiver throughout our stay. His partner Veronica, also did her very best to make sure our stay was a perfect experience. Several of our party did not own skiing materials and Daniel was able to rent us decent kit at a very reasonable rate. The staff were all very pleasant and always tried to help if we required it. Breakfast was buffet style with pretty much every ingredient, both hot and cold you would expect at a top hotel. The evenings meals were outstanding, consisting of 5 courses (including salad buffet). The main course of the day was always hearty mountain food but served with finesse. ( vegetarian/ pescaterian options were always available ) The Bar prices were very reasonable and the House red wine, in particular, was of excellent quality and very reasonably priced. My room was perfect and the decore well kept and recently refreshed. Two slight negative here, the lighting was quite minimal and searching my kit bag proved awkward without emptying it all onto the bed to search for those little bits of kit. The Wifi had a tendancy to drop in and out especially during busy times. The location was beautiful and serviced by the ski bus at regular intervals (Austrian time keeping perfection) the stop was about 50 meters from the hotel. Getting to the slopes was easy although 25 minutes on a bus in ski kit is never great. There was a Kinder Garten play room in the basement with pool table and ping pong for more grown up children like me and a wonderful spa room with everything needed to relax after a hard day on the slopes. I have noticed some bad reviews on here and only assume those people were expecting a 5 star penthouse and to have their own personal assistant. In summery, great hotel, staff, and facilities for a very reasonable price. In the imortal words of an Austrian film hero. " I'll BE BACK!!!! "

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza veramente da ricordare e da ripetere anche grazie all'ospitalita' e al trattamento avuto da tutto il personale dell'Hotel. Eravamo accolti ogni mattina da una cordialissima cameriera che, insieme alla colazione squisita e molto ricca, contribuiva ad iniziare la giornata nel migliore dei modi. Il cameriere che invece ci serviva la cena era parimenti gentile e premuroso. La camera era molto spaziosa, con un un bagno molto grande ed anche un bel balcone fiorito. Insomma tutto davvero al TOP!!! Grazie ancora a tutto l'Hotel e speriamo di potervi ritornare il prossimo anno!

Gruppo di amici con 10 camere occupate. Aspetti positivi: hotel pulito con camere acoglienti e spaziose ed arredamento di qualità. Ottima la colazione, varia nel dolce e salato ed anche la cucina. Buono il centro benessere anche se alcune attività erano chiuse. Aspetti negativi: costo dell'acqua a cena: 5€ la bottiglia e 3,5€ la brocca con acqua di fontana (!!!). Alle 22:30 l'hotel chiude e non c'è possibilità di intrattenersi (siamo andati nella sala giochi dei bambini , giocando a carte sul tavolino per bamibini). Altro disservizio è stato per un giorno la mancata pulizia delle camere senza motivazione ed alcun ristoro

Si trova poco dopo Neustift (frazione Stackler) in direzione ghiacciaio dello Stubai. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, comoda alle piste del ghiacciaio e al centro del paese. L’accoglienza è stata famigliare e molto cordiale, la camera assegnataci era spaziosa con ottimo livello di pulizia. Lo standard della struttura direbbe tre stelle, ma siamo rimasti positivamente sorpresi dalla qualità della cucina. Menù giornalieri curati e le pietanze (tutte) di ottima elaborazione. Le zuppe hanno confermato l’ottima tradizione tirolese, perfette. La prima colazione rispetto al servizio ristorante era meno pretenziosa forse per il poco spazio/buffet. La qualità comunque è apprezzabile. Buono il servizio di sala molto attento e sempre cordiale. Il titolare è stato molto disponibile nel servizio “ski rent”. Ha risolto un problema tecnico senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato. Se in zona Stubai ritorneremo

Wir waren zum 2. Mal hier und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Soviel Herz von vor allem der Chefin findet man selten. Essen ist sehr gut und der Fondue-Abend und das Gala-Dinner bringt eine gute Abwechslung. Sonst kann man aber immer aus drei Hauptgängen wählen. Egal wie, es ist immer richtig lecker. Ebenso das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, zumal Eierspeisen auf Wunsch frisch bekommt. Getränkeauswahl bietet alles was man nach dem Skifahren so „braucht“. Auch die Weinkarte macht Spaß. Saunabereich ist auch einfach nett und das Spielezimmer für die Kids lässt Kinderaugen strahlen. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und groß. Ausblick nach hinten wirklich toll. Vor allem alles SEHR sauber! Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung!
