MPM 호텔 아르세나 - 울트라 올 인클루시브(MPM Hotel Arsena - Ultra All Inclusive)

The staff were excellent. No coffee available until 0730,and for an early riser that wasn't acceptable. The buffet was plentiful, unfortunately most of the hot food was lukewarm. Even though advertised, no entertainment in the evening and no snacks.

Amezing experience. Everything was good. All inclusive service very, very good. The food eas very taste, many cakes and fruits, They clean the rooms daily, and give us water. All the personal was extremly kind. Cause I spend a very good time, I will came back, i’m sure.

The rooms in the main building are beautiful and the seaside view was great. The wather from the pool was very cold and nobody did anything about it. The manager, an apparently kind lady, even said that the water is warm enouth. The children's play ground was a maximum of 18 square meters in which they had a few tables and IKEA chairs, a wooden game and 3 balls. Nothing else. At the beagining was dirty with cobwebs. The next day they cleaned. The animators do not exist. My child kept wanting to eat pasta... every time old and dry pasta was mixed with freshly cooke recently doiled pasta. Otherwise the food was fine. The draft beer was warm and without acid, and the juices were a long and colored water. The ultra all inclusive does not exist. It was only all inclusive and not the Best.

The hotel's furnishings do not live up to the hotel's stars - they are old and need refreshing. A better or cheaper hotel can be found for 4 stars. It really doesn't justify the price versus the service. The pool is nice and clean, but the rooms themselves are not ok for the money.

perfect location of the hotel, clean beach, beautiful sea, excellent cuisine! I enjoyed my vacation with my daughter. I want to say special thanks to the animation team: Egor and Vika! a variety of entertainment, love for children, activities during the day and in the evening made our holiday wonderful. thank you guys!

The food is nice and the rooms aren’t bad. It’s definitely not a 4 star because multiple things have gone missing in the rooms and outdoors. The staff are very friendly but some nights it’s really quiet and boring. The only good things is the pool and the market down the road but the pool is very faulty and when I went it was closed three days in a row. It is close to the Beach which is nice(there are loads of jellyfish in the sea with is a lovely view) I would definitely recommend snorkelling. Overall its not a great place to go for a week or so but maybe just a weekend or something short.

The only positive is clear sea and approx. 20 min. walk to old Nessebar. The hotel itself is not 4* - old furniture in bad condition, rickety toilet, bathtub without a plug, no watering can, mugs or glasses, overpriced key safe that doesn't solve the problem, uncomfortable sunbeds on the beach....You can only get to the beach by taking about 50 steps that are still wet, which you have to climb even when going to the toilet, to the shower or to the pool. I probably won't even comment on the ultra all inclusive food and drink - in one word - terrible, even for good coffee we had to go outside. I do not recommend the hotel!!!!

Having previously stayed twice at this hotel we returned again this year. There was a mix up with the accommodation although they did their best to move us after 3 days to what was actually paid for . The hotel itself is dire need of renovation - doors not closing, showers missing rail mounting brackets, no curtains meaning it’s a swimming pool on the floor after each shower, no hair dryer either. I would rate it at 3 star. The food in the restaurant was boring and repetitive, and not much for those eating plant based, no milk alternatives, no beans/pulses, most of the food was cooked with dairy cheese or was meat based. Staff in the restaurant and lobby bar rude most of the times. We will not be returning a forth time. Shame as the hotel is right on the sandy beach so location is superb but let down by many other things listed above

Nice enough hotel food ok but not very warm whatever I choose. with plenty of selection but very repetitive and catered more towards the Bulgarians and Russians. Drink very good and not watered down like other all inclusives. In the 2 weeks there only met 4 other British people and hotel does not cater for British tourists,not even hotel manager could grasp basic English as they had to get the receptionist to translate my questions. Rooms are big and cleaning is perfect but they are very tired and need a make over. Only 2 bar people spoke good English so you didn’t have to show them what you wanted to drink. As for the animation team they work super hard but yet again all catered to the locals. Entertainment in nights same. One or two songs in English rest in foreign language. If you can’t walk steps you will be unable to get to beach from anywhere as it’s all down steps. If you a couple and like a romantic holiday together then yes this is great. But if you like more company or with a family I would not book this hotel. Nothing against the hotel we had a lovely stay but it DOES NOT CATER for British holiday makers.
