수영장이 있는 네르하 호텔

진짜 네르하가신다면 무조건 호텔은 여길로! 조식도 필수입니다! 1박한게아까웠어요ㅠㅠㅠ 다음이 다시와서 2박하고싶습니다.

좋은 아침 식사를 위해 다른 카페를 시도한 후 우리의 검색은 계속되었고 우리는 고급 시장에 가기로 결정했습니다. Hotel Balcon de Europa는 네르자 중심에있는 양질의 호텔입니다. 위치와 스타일, 가격에 적합합니다. 카페테리아에는 Balcon de Europa 자체와 접해있는 호텔 옆에 그늘진 안뜰이 있습니다. 아름다운 바다 전망을 갖춘 매우 문명화되고 편안한 아름다운 장소입니다. 웨이터는 우리 자리를 잡은지 1분 이내에 참석했고 차 2개와 라떼 커피를 주문했다. 우리는 아침 식사 메뉴와 파트너를 연구했고 시리얼, 빨간 과일 및 견과류로 자연 요구르트인 ”건강한 아침 식사”를 선택했습니다. 다른 아침 식사와 마찬가지로, 우리는 Nerja에서 요거가 크림이 아니거나 두껍지 않은 것을 먹었습니다. 우리 아들은 그가 정말로 즐겼던 베이컨 롤을 가지고 있었다. 차는 우리가 기대했던 것만 큼 좋지 않았다. 그것은 얼 그레이 (우리 둘 다 우리에게 적합하지 않은)와 같은 향기로운 차를 포함하는 혼합이었다. 그리고 그것은 단지 우리의 취향에 충분하지 않았다. 내 아들의 라떼는 즐겼다. 우리는 젊은 웨이터로부터 훌륭하고 분명히 제대로 훈련 된 서비스를 받았습니다. 이 휴가에 대한 두 번째 방문은 우리가 집으로 날아가는 날의 마지막 아침이었습니다. 우리는 다시 여기에서 아침 식사를했습니다 (내 파트너의 선택). 이 카페는 꽤 세련되고 문명화되어 있으며 모든 것이 '적절하게 완료되었습니다'. 마을에서 가장 좋은 전망을 가지고 있으며, 적당히 비싼 것으로 다시 생각됩니다. 다시 서비스가 완벽했습니다. 이번에는 뜨거운 우유로 아메리칸노 커피를 2 인용, 아들을 위해 카푸치노를 주문했습니다. 제 파트너와 나는 토스트를 선택했고 아들은 베이컨과 치즈 롤을 선택했습니다. 모든 것이 효율적이고 쾌적한 서비스가어야했으며 음식과 음료는 매우 좋았습니다. 문명화 된 서비스는 여기에 표시되며 항상 방문하는 것이 즐겁습니다.

Hemos estado varias veces en este hotel, en concreto mas de 10 veces, por lo que se me hace difícil escribir este comentario ya que le tenemos un especial cariño. A lo largo del tiempo estamos viendo como se va deteriorando sin que la nueva dirección de Ona haga gran cosa para corregir el lógico deterioro por el paso del tiempo. Pero lo de este año ha sido increíble. Hemos estado 8 días en los que las temperaturas han sido muy altas y durante ese tiempo el aire acondicionado tanto de la habitación (nos tuvieron que facilitar un ventilador), como de las zonas comunes no funcionaba. El armario, por darle un nombre, estaba carcomido, la puerta no tenía anclaje en la parte de arriba y el lavabo atascado. Terminando con las quejas que hacemos para ver si sirven para intentar detener la deriva descendente de la calidad del hotel al que, repetimos, tenemos mucho cariño y hemos pasado muy buenas vacaciones, tenemos que reconocer que el personal sigue siendo de 10, los camareros Javier y Manu, las dos Mónicas del comedor increíbles. También una mención especial a Jessica, la encargada de animación, que hace una magnifica labor a pesar de los recortes que para su área le han puesto. Gracias por intentar hacernos mas agradable la estancia, y un consejo a la dirección: denle mas medios, este tipo de hotel sin animación está llamado al fracaso, aprovechen que tienen una magnífica profesional.

It's time for me to go home today so doing this review before I leave. The hotel is up there with the cleanest iv ever been to every area of hotel and rooms are spot on. I had a room on street level just passed the restaurant and a few steps from reception side sea view which was lovely. The pool is down 2 levels along with pool bar and snack bar I got there by going down lots if steps but I'm told that there is a lift I found it amusing at 7am in the dark people out to grab there preferred sunbed how sad There's a door down by the pool to go out to beach couple of steps fabulous. The food covers every taste and you would never go hungry im sure iv put on weight lol but the coffee is dire at breakfast thankfully I took my own teabags with me tetley make tea. The only negative for me regards the hotel it seems to cater to older clients and its deathly quiet all day no music, no poolside activities, in my opinion the hotels seems to have list its soul. But other guests have told me they come frequently each to there own. If you enjoy a spa and massage I highly recommend Serenity Spa five minutes walk from hotel it was fabulous. Iv very much enjoyed visiting Nerja but its a one off its a bit quiet for me but I still highly recommend 👌

멋진 호텔입니다. 완벽한 위치. Placa de Europa와 합류하는 아름다운 광장과 매우 가깝습니다. 주변에 많은 레스토랑과 상점이 있습니다. 야외 카페는 앉아서 사람들이 보는 것이 매우 재미있었습니다. 호텔 전체가 흠이 없고 아름답게 꾸며져 있습니다. 우리 방은 매우 편안한 침대와 훌륭한 욕실이 있어 훌륭했습니다. 일부 객실에는 전용 테라스가 있습니다. 작은 수영장과 많은 라운지 의자가 있는 옥상 테라스는 훌륭했습니다! 무료 아침 식사 공간은 다양한 맛있는 음식으로 반짝 반짝 깨끗했습니다. 모든 직원은 정말 훌륭했습니다. 완벽했다!!

We booked a Superior room bed & breakfast for two weeks in January. This is what we liked … The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Rosa & the cleaning ladies. The place was very clean. The room had air con which you could turn up if you wanted some heat in the evening. The water was always hot in the walk in shower. The bed was huge and comfy. There was a safe in the large wardrobe. The patio had 2 plastic chairs and a table plus 2 sun beds (no cushions). It was very quiet once the bathroom window was closed. There’s bath & hand towels, as well as pool towels, soap dispenser and hair drier. There was a fridge in the room too (Tip: keep the cupboard door open as much as possible so the fridge stays cold. Not sure why it’s kept in a cupboard?) Mercadona supermarket next door, very handy for cold drinks, snacks etc. There’s car parking at the front and back of the hotel if needed. Best of all, it’s no smoking!! Things I can’t say we didn’t like, but were downsides to staying there. The restaurant was closed for the whole of January which we didn’t know. We did find some lovely places to eat though. It’s a long way to walk to the beach and most restaurants, but there is a bus (number 1) that drops you off outside the hotel so you don’t have to walk back. Stops at 9pm. This bus only does a circular and isn’t the Alsa bus. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. We got over that by buying our own cereal and fresh milk from Mercadona and eating it in the breakfast room. The pillows were really hard so we asked for some softer ones. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Great location, we had a family wedding & stayed here with our family. Our room was very spacious & balcony overlooked the sea. Apartments are just round the corner from the Balcón de Europa. Kids loved the pool, a good size compared to most within this area. Overall experience we loved it! Definitely would return again. Nerja is absolutely stunning, a beautiful place. I'm recommending to all my family & friends.

The reception is on 24/7 so great for security. The day and night staff are so friendly and helpful. We booked B&B and thought it was just a continental breakfast. Breakfast choice is amazing, English, Continental, cereal plus gluten free, yoghurts, fresh fruit, different breads, toaster and tasty croissants. Cartons of different juices with tea and coffee making facilities. Staff constantly refilling. When you check in they ask what time you wish breakfast. They have so many per sitting and it was well run with no pushing and shoving and seating for everyone. Definitely get an exterior room to the back. Lovely verandah with seating and a table. No washing line so bring pegs to peg any washing to the iron railings. The railing have a privacy screen on them. Room is a good size with plenty of storage. Good size bathroom with lots of freebies including toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower cap, comb, sewing kit etc. Hand wash, body wash & shampoo all available in a huge walk in shower. There are rooms with baths available. As I’m disabled I requested a shower. Bedding was immaculate. It’s the whitest sheets I have ever had in a hotel. 4-5* have never matched this. So thumbs up to the laundry staff. The cleaners were brilliant. Sheets and towels constantly being changed. We just had the best 10 days ever. So relaxing. The hotel is within 5 minutes of the Balcon de Europa, restaurants, pubs and shops. We had such a fab time we are back in September. Fabulous hotel and very well run. See you soon. 👍👍💖
