Relaxing backyard after a long day at the beach Open floor plan with modern kitchen with a selection of non perishable goods. Enjoy the cabinets and dishwater to host your guests. Wine/ coffee/ tea bar to enjoy a drink or just enjoy a book. First floor with full bath and also has a den/ single bedroom can also use as a study. Mini split air conditioner throughout. The ceilings are vaulted and gives the home an airy feel. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided for the beach days. A SECURITY CAMERA IS ACTIVATED IN FRONT AND SIDE ENTRANCE. THERE WILL BE A PENALTY FOR VIOLATING HOUSE RULES. STREET PARKING ONLY Included are 6 beach passes ( 4 adults and 2 kids). We do not allow ANY parties or loud music outside. Bradley Beach is a quiet family oriented neighborhood and we are very respectful of our neighbors. We do require the names and ages of all guests and booking only for 25 and above. Bradley Beach township requires this information. Family can have younger adults and kids. Automated check in and out with easy communication with the host available 24 hours if need.
