Shreyas Retreat exceeded our expectations. We recently enjoyed 10 nights of the Wellness for the Soul Package. We found the amenities to be a perfect complement to the outstanding yoga and meditation sessions. The grounds are a pleasure for the senses, fresh, lush green, fragrantly flowering and filled with delightful bird song. Our tented cottage was cozy and clean. Delicious, healthy food was perfectly presented in the beautiful dining area. The spa is comfortable, relaxing and offers a vast variety of treatments. The level of personalized attention given to every small detail of our visit by the amazing staff has left us feeling truly pampered and genuinely cared for. We have been enlivened and rejuvenated, body, mind and spirit. This was our first stay, and we are already looking forward to a return visit.

I have visited over 14 years this retreat. This time having spent 2024 with serious health issues, i came with many problems. Shreyas has supported me during last year by giving advice and sending where appropriate ayurverdic medication. I spent 3 weeks following the pancharkarma programme under the team of doctors - Dr. Sateesh. I have recommended at least 3 persons to attend and one of them had many challenges and it completely transformed his health. It is interesting to see so many people return time and again for their incredible yoga. I can only say that if you have health issues and wish to try this type of medication, you can still follow and take your regular medication. you can also find out in advance if such a health issue can be addressed. I feel incredibly blessed to have the opportunity of spending such quality time there and cannot thank each and every member of staff who go above and beyond to make the stay as best possible.

My wife and I were looking for a quiet place to slow down (from oue hectic lives) and embrace more mindful living. I am so glad we picked Shreyas. The staff is absolutely wonderful. food is healthy with lots of choices, the massage treatments are magical, and the yoga/pranayama sessions are life altering. The campus has enough place for leisurely walks, and you get to pick how you want to best use you time. I am looking forward to my next visit now!

As you enter in this wellness retreat you will feel the warm welcoming energy and quietness of this place. Yoga and pranayama instructors are wise and supportive to make you learn the right motions and movements. Meals served are simple still delicious and joyful. You witness a life style of ease and joy.

Shreyas is one of the most serene beautiful and transformational places I have ever experienced. The environment itself on a sustainable farm is spectacular. The suites and pool area 5 star and the spa and treatments next level. The food is delicious and you feel so healthy and refuelled from all the goodness while being totally delicious and filling. But the truly best thing about Shreyas is the amazing staff you get to know who are beautiful warm calm and caring people from the doctors therapists and even security guards. Balla is a wonderful guru and I reconnected with my meditation practice after a long time and loved. Shreyas is perfect for everyone for the spiritual yogi to a novice looking for something new to experience in a beautiful part of India.

Wow what an amazing 6 night stay this was! I chose the Wellness for the Soul package and stayed right by the pool - it was just what I needed. From the welcome pickup at the airport to the final goodbye - a dream stay that exceeded expectations. The food was so deliciously creative and of restuarant quality, the daily massages were so nurturing and the daily yoga and group meditation set the tone for the day.
