Kona Hotel Verona by Kleos Group Collection

Nice clean rooms, towels replaced everyday and soap refilled. good service and a good breakfast. Near the hotel there are two great restaurants for dinner that serve great Italian dishes. The staff in the hotel is very nice,good service :)

we stayed as a huge group in the modern hotel ( 2 buildings ) . location is far away from verona center 30 min. all clients was as organized groups ; lobby very small ; rooms very huge & nice there is safe mini bar comfortable bedding ; large bathrooms & clean ; the breakfast is very poor ; 2 items only ( eggs + tuna ) . the staff are very polite & professional well english speaking , specially alan (don't miss this high level guy ) . totally it was ok - specially the neighbor of nice restaurant al ritrovo .

I didn’t know fawlty towers existed until last week. What I thought would be simple basic room but turned out to be a room a cave man would run from. The simplest thing like taking a **** turned out to be a problem with the wall of the shower in the way of the shittter. My business partners rooms had serious hazardous faults like the roof panels falling down, another room which had an upstairs was virtually a sauna with chipboard dividing the upstairs with the other rooms. The next time I will be seeing this hotel will either in a ****** documentary or a remake of the shining. If you want a challenge, stay here. Good Luck.

The room was nice, but it was basic. The view from the room was lovely. The food was a complete disaster. I stayed in the hotel for three nights. On the first night we were only able to choose from two different pasta dishes for a starter and some chicken and something else I don’t even know the name of. Those were the only options for food and if you didn’t eat that you didn’t eat at all. The pasta was not cooked properly and the sauce was clearly store bought and the chicken was not cooked properly either. On our second night we requested pizza and pasta instead of the undercooked chicken. We were served pizza and pasta but again, both items were store bought. On my third night I found a hair in my pasta and was later told that there was CATS in the kitchen. The breakfast wasn’t good either. You could choose from two cereals or a croissant. One person from the group I was with found a fly in their coffee. The staff were also quite rude, for example, we were in the lobby and the woman working at the counter asked us “what is your problem now?” We had to pay €9 to use the swimming pool for half an hour. Overall I wasn’t happy with this hotel. Do not stay in this hotel!!!

Un hotel accogliente e silenzioso tra le colline Venete. Staff cordiale e disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza attraverso un sorriso e tanta professionalità. Le camere sono molto spaziose con un'alto livello di pulizia interna. Per non parlare del bagno che presenta una grande doccia atta a 2 persone. Ottima piscina ed un ristorante di alto livello. Consiglio a tutti di venire per potersi ritemprare tra letti morbidi e le acque della piscina.
