We have never experienced better customer service than we did here. Arrived on a Saturday afternoon after our motorhome broke down and the front desk staff were very very welcoming. We found out on Monday morning that we were going to need to rent a vehicle to continue on our trip…both the front desk person and the staff in the Praire Donair restaurant ensured we were able to get where needed to go to rent a vehicle. When the front desk clerk wasn’t sure we could stay a 3rd night due to being booked he ensured we would have a place to go. Turned out he had a cancellation and we stayed a 3rd night. Highly recommend this place. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and staff are top notch. If we are in this area will definitely return.

Nice hotel. Parking lot filled with water. Bad drainage. Breakfast not bad. Cub and pizza shop on property. Pool and hot tub filled with furniture. Not in Use. Front entrance in need of repair. Traveling from Ontario for family. Average newer Hotel.

I appreciate the personal relationship that has developed over several stays. I usually am by myself (72 yrs old) staying 3-4 days a visit and the staff has always been very warm,and attentive, especially the manager, Kam.The ladies come in the morning tidying up the room. During one of my stays I was pleasantly surprised by a pizza delivery to my door! During these troubled times it has been reassuring to meet kind hearted people! I feel very cared for when I stay over at Bay Hill! Thank you all so much. KS

We had 5 rooms at this hotel, and found bedbugs in 4 of them, but only after one of our group got bitten multiple times during a nap. The bugs were in the bed, crawling on the curtains, in the carpet, everywhere. Disgusting. Sadly, the staff did not seem at all surprised when we told them. We immediately bagged anything that touched the bed or the carpet, packed up and checked out. The staff was still checking people in, even when they knew we found bugs everywhere. We feel awful for all the families who have unwittingly taken bed bugs back to their homes. Two days after this incident, one of our group called the front desk to ask if there were any bedbugs in the rooms— the clerk said there had been bedbugs in ONE of the rooms but that was taken care of “such a long time ago.” I think you can draw your own conclusions from that.
