Crowne Pyramids Palace

The people here made the stay worth it! They are very kind! I can’t say enough about them all! I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to because the staff. We got a room with a view of the Pyramids, it was nice to wake up each morning with that view.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Crowne Pyramids. The rooms were lovely and clean, with toiletries, tea/coffee & a fridge provided. The staff were really incredible, from the start I was told to think of them as family/friends and not to hesitate to say if I needed anything at all. It’s a family run hotel, and they’re doing really well having done everything themselves! Ahmed, who runs the hotel with his brother, actually invited me to their family home to experience Iftar with them as I was travelling solo and during Ramadan, and wanted to learn more about the culture & traditions. It was such a lovely evening, I met the family and we had the most wonderful meal and the opportunity to experience Ramadan in a family setting, rather than just as a tourist. The staff all really went above and beyond, recommending things for me to do, providing me with drivers/guides, great food & amazing company. I really was treated like family/a friend. I had many a conversations with most of the staff there and they took a genuine interest in my life, and told me about theirs in return. Also the most incredible views of the pyramids from the terrace & the rooftop.

I enjoyed the beautiful view from the terrace, friendly staff and convenience of everything, setting up tours and a shuttle to and fron the airport were a great help.

The hotel staff was amazing, always trying to please us. The hotel is very close to the pyramids, the food option is good and the breakfast as well.

Great view of Giza pyramids We had the opportunity to enjoy the VIP suite (Luxury Room, mountain view). This suite really was special having a bathtub with a great view of the Giza pyramids. Enjoying the bathtub was a contrast to feeling dusty during most our visit to Egypt. Another great view was from the breakfast patio. Our only concern was the strength of the internet (something which seems to be common in Egypt).
