My apartment was fantastic. It was clean, bright, with lots of charm. Wandering the alleyways of old town Naxos to get to the apartment made my stay really delightful. James was incredibly responsive and helpful, from meeting me at the port through answering questions during my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Venetian suites was ok James came and met us from the port room was ok but it was a very noisy place kids shouting outside late at night, early delivery’s and people just generally screaming at the early hours so it was let down by this , we could cope with the nine change of towels but nobody emptying the toilet paper bin for 3 days was very unhygienic in our opinion apart from that it was very close to port and bus station

We loved staying in the heart of the old town. James was a very attentive and helpful host and his property was great.

This was a bit of a disappointing place to us unfortunately. However, it was not of such that we can write it of as bad. Some positives were that it is located right inside the old town and you really do get the Naxos experience staying there. Another positive is that it is close to the most important tourist amenities, pharmacies and supermarkets. You can literally walk almost everywhere from there, which is precisely what we did. The port is also very close by, which we found to be very convenient as we used a ferry to go to Naxos. The cons unfortunately were quite a bit inconvenient. The air conditioning didn't work at all and the place was very hot. This unit doesn't have any windows, just a small and almost useless vent. The bathroom was also very hot and the hot water very limited. You have to shower quite fast to enjoy hot water for some time at least. I will definitely look out for a better place elsewhere should I ever return to Naxos.

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved the room we got. Our room was literally around the corner from the beginning of the main street on the harbor. We loved that we were able to come out and be in the middle of everything right away. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was a good size. The guy from the hotel was waiting for us on arrival and helped with our luggage to the doorstep. On checkout day, our ferry didn't leave until a few hours after checkout. He allowed us to leave our bags in the room until we were ready. Excellent service all around. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future.

James was reliable and punctual with all communication as well as with check-in and check-out. The area is right by the port, which is very convenient and the suite has all the amenities we needed. We loved our stay!
