Camping-Bungalows Altomira

A well-maintained site in a pretty location. The sanitary facilities were close by and clean. The restaurant was open even though it was mid-November. The only downside was the pitch located at the top of the hill - an exhausting walk back to the moho.

A really good, clean and well organised site. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. My only 'complaint' or concern is with the Toilet disposal being far too close to the washing up area and laundry facilities!! I think this arrangement is very un-hygienic!! Really unpleasant to be washing dishes etc with someone arriving to dispose of their Toilet contents alongside - the smell was and is disgusting.

Lovely clean site. Good shower blocksu and toilets. This is a steep site, but we found it OK with our 8m caravan and ford ranger. We had to use our motormover for siting the caravan. Would stay again. Good food in the resturant and in reception they have a small shop.

Had a two night stay en route south. Stunning views of the countryside.Great site, large pitches with electricity Very good well maintained facilities. Nice restaurant on site. Very helpful accommodating staff will order fresh bread and croissants from local bakery. Don't miss the brides leap waterfall.

My second time of staying here and an again met by a friendly welcome. The facilities are good and the bar and restaurant are both worth a visit. I suffer with COPD so the upper parts of the site would not have been much good to me but thankfully we were able to park near the bar and reception.

Halfway overnight stop between Bilbao and Valencia arrived late and tired in a thunderstorm! Trip 1 We forgot to book a disabled pitch, ended halfway up the hill in the woods- hard to get up in a Campervan and even harder to get down on foot! The staff were very pleasant and helpful, good, well stocked little shop, spotless facilities, let down by the long wait for the shower water to warm up ( there are warning signs ) The pitches are big, with ehu and a tap, didn’t stay long enough to see what’s nearby, beware of pitches near the play area, which is still busy late at night! Trip 2 Return to the ferry, straight to our reserved Disabled spot, first row of huge pitches with ehu, tap, cover, hard standing, dead flat. Shower and washing up just yards away, Restaurant on a slight incline about 100 yards away. Lovely staff, good menu great food at reasonable prices We’ll be back and will stay a few days to see the local poi. Excellent
