HOUSE RULES: - A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to fully confirm this reservation - No pets allowed - No Smoking or Vaping of any kind - No parties or events - Minimum age to book is 25 - PARKING LIMIT: During the week of the annual car show (1st weekend of March) & on the 4th of July, there is a limit of ONE vehicle per unit. Parking passes will be provided for these dates. All other times, parking is limited to 2 vehicles. No shows or cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival will result in 100% forfeiture of the total rental amount. No refunds for early departure. *** Dogs considered for 30+ day rentals with a $250 pet fee.
