Good everything

Stayed here on a business trip and was very pleased with the room, amenities and cleanliness of the property. The staff was very pleasant and helpful - it is very close to the Nashville airport so super convenient for my early morning flight ! Would stay here again

Hotel arranged to pick me up from the airport right at their shuttle cut off time. My plane was late but they still came out to pick me up. Room was excellent and very convenient. I got back from watching the eclipse just before closing time for the bar, but again, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me right at closing time.

I cannot express sufficient praise for the remarkable team at Aloft. Upon our arrival, the hotel lobby exuded a welcoming warmth. Despite a minor issue, the swift and efficient actions of the hotel manager, Elton, and receptionist, Justina, resolved it immediately. Elton personally ensured its prompt resolution. Upon our return, we found a handwritten note from the manager, extending apologies. The exceptional customer service, along with the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel, truly stood out.

The staff was friendly. Tammy, Allayah, Holly, Brea, and the GM. Hote were very helpful with places to visit. Enjoyed the recommendations!l was clean. Hallways could be brighter. Great location close to the airport. No iron, only a steamer. If you are traveling with children and need to wash, laundry facilities.

The service from the staff was impeccable. From the front desk to the shift managers the team was engaged. The room was clean, with soft fresh linens. I slept in and the lady cleaning the rooms came back when I was ready. I will be staying here every time I’m in Nashville.

Tammy and Charles very accommodating and the attention to detail is spot on. This is a new, modern, Outstanding hotel from the staff to all that is offered here. People were great! They do need to do something with the shower water pressure. The sink knocks the toothbrush out of your hands, but it’s hard to even get wet in the shower. Also while it’s not the hotels fault but a bunch of vehicles got broken in to.

Hotel is nice for the price. There is very little insulation between floors, so when the people above you are awake so are you. We would stay here again for the cost effectiveness and proximity to a lot of things. Room design is a little odd but functions ok for a family. Would be weird with others.
