Rude Staff Average Food Firstly they dont communicate properly about checkin and checkout timings to travel aggregators. I booked through Flipkart travels for a night stay and clearly it shower checkin as 2 pm. So we checked in at 2 pm and lunch only available at the Foundry..food here was decent bur staff was stinking. Clearly not expected from a 4 star hotel…at night music went on at the foundry till 11.30 pm..it was so loud that one cant sleep peacefully…on checking i was told that every saturday they play late even if customers are bothered …next day breakfast was below average…never expected 4 star to serve substandard food..with the sambhar sweet and paratha tasteless…now comes big one where we got really disappointed…they sent a staff to room to check out at 11 am..this when it was already 11.30 am and as per above checkin timing ideally checkout should be 12 pm…their staff was rude and insisting on checkout at earliest..i said i will checkout at 12 …he was extremely rude and din look like from hospitality industry…we have never experienced this ever before..upon complaining receptionist guy justified saying he is new and needs training…overall bad experience and will never visit again..certainly isnt 4 star and nowhere near Boulevard

Amazing food at Panorama. Ambience, food and service were all amazing. Chinese senior chef Dhansings' chinese food was of top quality. 10/10 would recommend The chicken was crispy outside and soft inside, and the fried rice was filling. This is a quality I would expect from a good restaurant in Mumbai, so I definitely highly recommend everyone to dine here

The experience was amazing and it was absolutely child friendly, which is the best part of the hotel The chef was friendly and made all the food with special requirements asked by us.. The management and ambience is just great.. Hatssss offff...

Lovely food quality, every dish we got in time with superb taste. We definitely like everyone to visit once BLVD rooftop with their family and friends. Ambience is beautiful, Mr. Pradeep is excellent at service and chef dhan Singh personally meet us and prepared best quality food for us. A wonderful experience

Everytime I visit this hotel with same love for their food.! Amazing preperation for both Veg and Non-Veg food.! I strongly recommend to have the taste of their authentic food items. I specially rate the ambiance or Turmeric and the service Thank you team for making our stay classic.!
