Great hospitality, amazing staff, super location/layout (of both the property and the cottage we stayed in) and good food (they customized it to our needs). The communications with them were well managed (special call out to the property manager, Mr. Harpreet Singh). The safaris were well organized and our naturalist (Mr. Ashu) was quite experienced and we learnt a lot about the park. The restaurant staff (esp. Mr. Uday) always went an extra mile to ensure that our toddlers went back happy after every meal. This was our second stay at Pugdundee properties (previously being at Bandhavgarh Tree houses) and the experience has been great at both occassions. Gives us reason to explore another pugdundee property in the near future.

Our experience during the safari stay was exemplary. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect harmony with the surrounding natural environment. The staff demonstrated professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality, ensuring that every need was met with precision. If I would take few names of staff, it will be injustice to many who were working on the background. Amazing food curated by Chef with locally grown vegetables and spice is an amazing experience. The serving staff is aware of taste on guests, and they make sure to make fine changes to suit taste buds on every age and guest. The rooms are of good size in mid of jungle made with natural materials and with modern amenities. Rooms are very clean, and they make sure to make your rooms twice in a day while you are away on safari. The stay is so very peaceful that you can really talk to yourself in silence. The guided safari tours (with Deepa naturalist and Suraj (Golu)) provided remarkable opportunities to observe wildlife, Birds and flora and gained insightful knowledge about the local ecosystem. The price some may feel bit higher but best facilities have a cost so overall good value for money. They made a special Diwali dinner at pool surrounded by 100s of candle bonfire and 5 course meal. Don’t miss any of the desserts. Overall, it was a memorable and enriching experience that I highly recommend. I look forward to visiting again.
