바산트 비하르 리조트(Vasant Vihar Resort)

Firstly the approach of the property is extremely poor..its somewhere inside a village and the roads leading to the property appear as if its headed to nowhere. I reached in night and was scared by the approach road. Secondly, the property is very poor. The rooms are only having bed with mattress, almirah and TV. Poor ambience and untidy linen..this is what I experienced. I specifically told staff to change linen but they didn't. Lastly the food was also very very average, just ate to fill the stomach. TV was a smart TV which was supposed to work on Wifi but Wifi coverage was extremely poor

Amazing experience on trip of statue of unity we have stay to night in this resort vasant vihar resort located 1 km near narmada maha aarti place and just beside Narmada river great view resort .Room are clean and good maintained food and service was also good helpful and friendly staff they give you best recommendations to make your trip best and enjoyable . Free car parking .

Bathroom was having leakage issue. Both Room was allotted with leakage issue which is totally unacceptable. Bedsheet also not cleaned. ***agement need to work on lots of things

The entire property looks big but only 30% is the hotel & 70% is the owners house and farm. 1) The Restaurant ***agement is extremely poor. they were struggling for making food. We Stayed for 2 days but had worst experience of being getting even buffet food on time & were sitting on table for around 30-40 minutes. 2) The swimming pool is big but the water in it is dirty. As they don't have filters installed and no maintenance is done. 3) Rooms are ok, but for sleeping bed aren't so good. the hot water guizer was not working. They have generator for electricity which is nice. 4) One thing I like that the front office staff is very polite & humble. He was the only person in the property who smiled. 5) The Road approaching the hotel for around 01km is bad. Our Sedan vehicle touched the ground stone thrice in 2 days. The hotel is in interior as the owner has build it in his farm land. 6) I paid around 3.5k per room per night with breakfast plan. which according to me is waste waste & really waste of money here. 7) I gave 2 STAR because, 01 STAR as they provided us early check-in around 08:30pm which I felt was good and 01 STAR for the receptionist or the front office boy. Important Note:- If you are alone and have plenty of time then book this. If you are couple/family/friends.. then do stay away from this property. Else SUFFERING is the only thing which you will do with.

This is a decent resort. The rooms are big and clean, and so are the bathrooms. There is a pool, but since it was raining, we couldn't use it.there are two major drawback. First, the approach road to the resort is not good. Second, the resort has limited food options.
