Mario checked in us and introduced us with places and attraction around the city. Our room is room number 5 and it is quite isolated and for the reason WiFi is not functioning I believe. Also there is no tooth brush and paste in room, the right hand side of the mattress is dented and my friend hurt his bed because of this. Restaurant around the places service are bad and food is just normal.

Mario is a first class host. Friendly, kind, welcoming and speaks great English! His hotel is spotlessly clean everyday. The pictures show the rooms exactly correct. Our room was large, well supplied and quiet. There are outlets by the beds, a coffee maker in the room and a refrigerator restocked daily with bottled water. The towels are thick and luxurious. The shower is a great size and the lighting is bright. Mario was extremely helpful with understanding the neighborhood and sites to see. The BB is in a great , safe location close to public transportation and historical sites. There are plenty of taxi stands in the neighborhood. There are restaurants in every direction. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

fantastic little hotel, well located in Naples. Close to public transport, attractions, nice restaurants and bars. The hotel is located in the top floor of an older building, and we had a spacious and bright room with windows in two directions. Quiet and peaceful even though it is located in the central parts of the city. Breakfast was not included, but we were given coupons that we could use to buy breakfast at the cafe nearby. Very nice. Naples is a lively and pleasant city and we would love to come back - both to the city and to Ciao Bellini. Thank you, Mario.

The accommodation has been beautifully renovated and keeps the original charm with a modern touch. Mario the owner was extremely helpful The location is perfect and tourist sights are within walking distance, breakfast was within walking distance at a local bar with free vouchers. Across the road from the bar is a mini market with great prices Top tip Taxi drivers see all tourists as walking euros, try to negotiate the cost of a trip before leaving Many don’t use the meter and hit you with a big fees Don’t bother using the Uber app It’s set up but not functional as of June 2023

Great pleasant location. Clean, well designed and spacious rooms. Outstanding host and owner Mario makes sure you get avgreat service. Very good bed, well lit room, nice lottle oorch. Overall excellent value for money! If you’re looking for a serviced, protected and quiet spot in naples, this is it.
