Despite having a lift this accommodation is not disability accessible. I walk with crutches and use a wheelchair for travel, I used both on this trip. The entrance of the building consists of two large wooden doors however only a tiny section of one of the doors ( less than half the width of a regular door opening) is usually open for people to get in and out. Even on my crutches it was incredibly difficult to enter and exit the building. We were promised the large double doors would be fully opened during the day but this was not the case much of the time. The lift is from 1914 and consists of a metal outer door and two very narrow wooden double door into an incredibly small lift. My wheelchair is very small and barely fit into the lift. There is also three marble steps with an insecure handrail leading to the lift. While the accommodation is nice and the hosts were friendly and helpful this was by far the most stressful travelling experience I have ever had in terms of disability. If you are disabled please book elsewhere.

I don’t think it was worth the price. Our apartment was on the first floor and was very dark and humid. It was clean but the couches had lots of stains on them which made it a bit unpleasant. It offers 5 people to sleep in, we were four but 2 adults and 2 kids and we need 3 sleeping spaces but when we arrived only 2 beds were made and not the third. When we called they tried to say that we had kids on the reservation which doesn’t mean they don’t need a separate bed. They said it was after 5 pm and they couldn’t do anything about extra set of sheets. We had to figure out something else until they brought the sheets the next day. The kitchen and bathrooms are clean but the beds and pillows are not very comfortable. We were not warned ahead of time that the building was under renovations and it was very loud from 8am on every day during the week, which made it hard for our kids to take a nap during the day. For the price we paid I had expected more comfort and service.

Room was beautiful. Facilities were good except for the wifi in the room wasn’t strong enough. We stayed in room #4. However, the signal was strong if you use the wifi in the toilet or at the doorway which we did. Not much choices in terms of food selection around the area except for Italian food. If you love eating other types of food besides Italian food like kebab, Indian or Asian food, this place/location is not recommended.

Davvero abbiamo dovuto da dire? Posto poco organizzato. Dopo un viaggio di nozze siamo venuti a Bologna per rilassarci, cosa è successo? Apparte il fare avanti e indietro da una struttura all'altra a piedi con 40° gradi all'ombra per prendere le chiavi, ma una volta arrivati, appartamento condiviso con altre persone, mancanza di accessori come sapone o carta igienica e in più mancanza di acqua! Viaggio lunghissimo e neanche si ci poteva lavare.. Vergognoso quando ci hanno detto che non era problema loro.. Abbiamo chiesto il rimborso e neanche ce l'hanno voluto fare.. Alla fine di tutto hanno chiamato loro la polizia per la nostra polemica... Vergognoso in tutto. Non prenotate mai. Avrei un video da allegare ma si possono solo foto..

Dopo aver prenotato e “Pagato” con online, con check-in tra le 00:00 e le 01:00. Contattiamo la dirigenza il giorno prima per confermare. Risultato? Il check-in si fa entro le 20:00. Non é possibile effettuarlo, non é rimborsabile… Abbiamo alloggiato altrove; “pagando due alloggi”

Siamo stati tre notti da giovedì a Domenica a maggio. Posizione comodissima e strategica. Stanza spaziosa. Letto comodo. Palazzo tipico. Ottimi bar nei pressi. Mare a due passi. Le persone estremamente gentili e soprattutto disponibili con consigli utili al soggiorno e agli spostamenti. Un ottimo indirizzo su Napoli. Consigliato!

Ho scelto questo b&b per le ottime recensioni online. Purtroppo ci sono molte cose davvero sgradevoli, a cominciare dall’odore di muffa degli asciugamani (tante recensioni infatti citano questo disagio), dalla poca pulizia come da foto, dal calcare che ostruisce il doccino rendendo quasi impossibile una doccia tranquilla. Polvere ovunque e mobili scheggiati da moltissimi anni. Ambiente retrò con odori degli anni 50. Posizione ottimale a 10 minuti da piazza plebiscito ma prezzo fuori dalla norma per 1 notte a 120€. Non credo di ritornarci.

A due passi da via Caracciolo e dal centro storico,sistemazione accogliente e molto tranquilla..personale gentile e disponibile anche a lasciare i bagagli in deposito dopo il check in.. palazzo storico moto bello. Davvero consigliato

Ottima soluzione per chi cerca un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Struttura moderna dai toni classici in un elegante palazzo stile liberty a pochi passi dal mare, via Caracciolo, riva di Chiaia e la stazione di Mergellina, facilmente connessa tramite la linea 2 del servizio metropolitano con piazza Garibaldi e la stazione di Napoli C.le. Staff gentile e discreto.
