Exceeded expectations. The tin was lovely and the atmosphere was cozy, sophisticated and quiet. It felt secluded yet it was close enough to easily walk to great restaurants, shops and the beach in the middle of great neighborhoods. I read a review that mentioned old furniture. I didn't feel that at all. It was a lovely mix of curated antiques and contemporary pieces with luxury linens ( the sheets felt like clouds). The service was amazing and the staff ready to help with anything without being obtrusive. We travel a lot and love the small luxury boutique hotels. Would definitely stay again next time we're in Naples.

Wow! I can’t say enough good things about Hotel Escalante—this place completely exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding—warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The food was absolutely unbelievable—easily some of the best I’ve ever had, and every meal felt like a thoughtfully curated experience. The staff is simply amazing. Kind, professional, and genuinely invested in making your stay unforgettable. Shout out to Marco! The hotel itself is beautiful, with every detail thoughtfully designed. My room was spotless, super comfortable, and felt like a peaceful retreat. The pool area was pure paradise—gorgeous, tranquil, and the perfect place to unwind. This was truly a dream stay. I felt pampered from start to finish and can’t wait to come back. If you’re looking for a perfect place to go Hotel Escalante is the place to go!!!

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. Their attention to superb service, outstanding accommodations, delicious cuisine and exquisite grounds is something I haven’t experienced since visiting Europe. You will not be disappointed.

We are staying 250 per year in different hotels, this one was truly the worst ever! Absolutely overrated. Shabby furniture, not clean, lousy reception, everything feels old and worn out. I am talking about ration price to what you get, Horrible, never ever again !

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we were treated like royalty from the entire staff. I had asked for special arrangements to be set up in our room prior to arrival and they were done exactly as requested. The room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable with a private patio where we enjoyed our breakfast each morning. The pool and hot tub were easily accessible and pristine. The restaurant has a very fine menu and the food is deliciously prepared. The wait staff at the restaurant is very attentive and also knowledgeable about the extensive wine list. The beach butler service is most convenient. The front desk staff is also very helpful and congenial. Marco (the person of all trades at The Escalante) is indispensable and helped us multiple times daily at a moments notice. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone visiting Naples or locals in Naples wanting a romantic getaway!

We had a wonderful time! The attention was excellent, they were in everything detail. The restaurant has Great food, super flavour delicious!! They have beach services, that was great! I recommend to go with your couple, as a honey moon or couple trip! Really nice
