My stay at this hotel was disappointing overall. The room did not match the photos online — it was noticeably different and not what I expected. The carpet had visible stains, and the bedsheets were also marked, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, despite having a "Sans façon" sign on the door to decline housekeeping, someone still entered my room. That’s a clear breach of privacy. Because of this I was stressed in the morning not knowing when the cleaner was gonna enter the room. While I appreciate that the staff I interacted with were polite, there was no interest shown during checkout — no one asked how my stay was or if everything was okay. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I think it’s important that these issues are addressed by management so that future guests don’t have the same experience.
