A very well maintained newly built hotel. Great location. Swimming pool with the Mekong view is superb. Rooms and public spaces are clean. The cafe on the rooftop is very good. Breakfast is just OK. Not enough parking space. Reception staff could be friendlier. Only management speaks English.

Pros: Fantastic views, lovely rooms, spacious, great bedding, lovely shower room ample parking, Classy staff and very clean overall with a sparkling swimming pool overlooking the Mekong River. Negatives: No bar to speak of, although they had a coffee shop which sold very limited drinks. Bar service unavailable before 11.00 am, International travellers don't like these unnecessary RULES. A lot of ants on bedroom floor. NO POOL TOWEL SERVICE?

Disgraceful restaurant. One week ago we arrived for lunch. We were told the place was full despite several empty tables on view. They advised us to book ahead. Today we did just that and arrived at lunchtime.We walked straight into the almost empty restaurant. A member of staff challenged us and said they were fully booked. I counted the tables and there were twenty-five and only four were occupied. The staff were extremely unhelpful. Visit at your peril.

This Hotel is only about 2 years open. So everything is nice, modern and clean. The location is about 5 km from the center of the city. Its a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the river. The pool is very nice, unfortunately there is no Gym and no Laundry service. You can get bicycles and electric scooters from the hotel to discover the area as well. It’s a great area to go running and bicycling. The restaurant has a great Thai breakfast and also lunch and dinner. On the rooftop is another cafe as well. Great Hotel
