Fair Acres Boutique Hotel

Fair Acres is located in a quiet area of the Karen neighborhood with a lovely garden where you can eat, drink, or work. The staff is very accommodating and Linda, the manager, took very good care of us while we held business meetings there for four days in March. We returned for several nights in April/May with another meeting. The rooms are very comfortable, although be aware that not all of them have air conditioning, so if that's important for you, you should request it when you reserve. I feel like it's my home away from home in Nairobi, having stayed here last year as well, and I look forward to my next visit!

A really friendly boutique hotel, with very welcoming staff. The rooms are big and the beds are huge! My go-to place when staying in Nairobi. Quiet location. In the Karen district. Very clean with a wide selection of dishes on the menu. Can offer transfers to/from the airport.
