Xomotel Bungalows Krishanya

Hi I am from ishaa Tourism Gujarat.On 31may25 my guest has check in with 3rooms.they are very disappointed because rooms are dirty,stinking very badly on all 3rooms.no hot water in rooms for bath.cockroachs on beds.Uploded photos of property are old so pls don't go through that and book it.There own staff are giving reviews.My guest called reception they are very rudely answered,they said jungle hai . Atleast they should put some spray but they denied. its a waste of mony.As a travel agent I would suggest pls don't give or suggest this property to any guest.It is very embarassing when our guest are not happy at all. Kindly General Manager or Sales look into this matter seriously.If we as a agent will not suggest ur property then how ur property will be sold out.Need to learn wat is hospitality first.No Trainings given to the staff. Agar ap property maintain nahi kar sakte tu please mat sell kijiye kisika vacation kharab hota hai.

Nice property with spacious room and large window to enjoy nature view. They have little garden, delicious meal and supportive staff. You can enjoy your vacation in peace here. It is on road property so one can reach there easily. Highly appreciated and recommended to all who are planning a budget trip to nainital.

I enjoyed the stay at Xomotel Bungalows Very much. The room was spacious and the view from balcony was amazing. The surroundings were soothing and peaceful. The staff were very nice and friendly. Food was good. It has parking and small garden area to enjoy the nature.
