The rooms were pretty, clean and the food was great! And the staff here (Hemant, Manoj, Neeraj, Santosh and Sankar) were awesome- they are super helpful and polite! It was a great experience!! We would recommend this to everyone out there if you need an offbeat place to rejuvenate.

This was our second stay at Seclude. First being at Cliff Edge, Ramgarh and second one at Pangot Perch. One word that can describe the overall experience is AWESOME. Right from the Rooms to the overall service (including Food) is impeccable and then the location of these properties surrounded by natures beauty is simply amazing. Special shout out for Neeraj and Shankar for making our stay as comfortable as possible.

The place indeed live upto its name - Seclude, located in a beautiful valley, almost an hour from Nainital. Gorgeous views, non polluted air, no sound of a honk during the entire stay. The staff was a cherry on the top. Very hospitable, helped us fulfil a last minute request and were always available at service - Thank you Neeraj and Hemant ji. The food was absolutely delicious, thanks to the chef, Pooran ji. Other than the beautiful views, I took away the way Neeraj greeted the customers on call. The greeting “Hello” made my day while I was staying there 😁. We booked our stay for a comparatively longer period. A few things to consider for longer stays: - No entertainment system in the rooms. Which is understandable for the property but may take a toll if you are staying for a longer time. - City center is an hour away. The road is through a ghat which shuts down by 8 PM. The road is narrow and inexperienced bikers / drivers may find it difficult to navigate, especially at night. - No activities to do nearby.

Nice hospitalilty by neeraj and hemant. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable and catering to our needs. The view was amazing. Nice and cozy wooden cottages all with splendid views of valley. Wish we could have extended our vacay. Food was also tasty.

The property is done well and our stay was very comfortable. The views from the property are mesmerising. Property manager Hemant and head butler Neeraj were the highlight who made our stay memorable. Extremely helpful staff. Thank you team :)

Awesome property. They received 10/10 on their hospitality. The food was tasty, they took care of the hygiene, and most importantly, they were available 24/7 for work. The property manager Mr. Hemant and the Butler Mr. Neeraj were always available for us and not only them but the entire staff. Good luck with your future endeavors.
