It was a delightful first-time experience, and we were truly impressed by the scenic location and the warm, attentive service of the staff. The overall ambiance made our stay special and memorable. However, a few aspects could be enhanced to make the experience even better: • Weekend evenings felt a bit uneventful — some game or activity arrangements would be a welcome addition. • The breakfast spread could benefit from a few chicken-based options for non-vegetarian guests. • The television in our room was not functional. • Washroom amenities, especially soap, were limited and could be replenished more generously. • The number of tea and coffee sachets provided was insufficient. • The slippers seemed reusable; for hygiene and comfort, disposable ones would be preferable. • Lockers in the wardrobes would add an extra sense of security for guests. With a few thoughtful upgrades, this place has great potential to become an exceptional getaway spot. Looking forward to visiting again!

Nice place for couples and family. Surrounded by trees on all side. Provides perfect relaxing atmosphere. Would recommend for a relaxing stay.

We had taken SVR special family room. Rooms need updating. Bathroom is very old fitting are really outdated. Breakfast was good. Surprisingly it was hot in Manali our AC was not sufficing whole room. Rooms need upgrading considering the charges. Staff was very kind and helpful

Hotel ki location bahut acchi hai but thode room jo hai vah congested hai but nice to stay. All other likes food and laundry service is good.
