Our family stayed at this property for a few days for our summer vacation last week. Hansel was our concierge during this stay. I don’t ever take time to write reviews online, which should tell you that something extraordinary must have happened to prompt me to write this. Indeed, our experience was extraordinary. Hansel went above and beyond to make our stay exceptionally comfortable, catering to every possible need and request we’ve made, and then some. Think Four Seasons level of service, and then multiply it by 10. Another shout-out goes to Adrian, who took me and my son for a nature walk to remember. His knowledge of native animals and plants, and his passion for sharing his love of nature left us in awe. The property itself is out of this word gorgeous. Our room was a beautiful relaxing oasis designed for the most discerning traveler’s needs in mind, with mind-blowing views of the ocean and lush tropics. The views are simply to die for, no matter where you are on the property. The food is beyond delightful. I can’t recommend this property enough. I’d like to thank Ritz Carlton Reserve for giving us a vacation to remember for years to come. I also would like to personally thank Hansel and the rest of the staff for making us feel so well taken care of that we felt like visiting family. We can’t wait to go back!

We tossed up between Nekajui and the Four Seasons. Our stay is next week but based on the response times so far from the concierge we are already regretting our decision. We have been emailing for over a week and still have nothing booked. Not the experience we normally expect from this brand.

We just got back from a stay at the new Ritz-Carlton Reserve Nekajui, and honestly, it was one of the best trips we've ever taken. From the second we arrived, we felt completely welcomed — the staff is incredibly warm and the level of service is next level. The place itself is absolutely stunning. Every corner of the resort is beautifully designed, and you can tell a lot of thought went into every detail. We were lucky enough to get an upgraded room, and the views were just unreal. Waking up to that scenery every morning was something else. The service throughout the resort was flawless. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared that we were having a great time. Whether we were eating, relaxing by the pool, or checking out the grounds, it all just felt easy and enjoyable. Speaking of food — wow. Huge thanks to Chef Israel for an amazing dinner at Breezes. Every meal was a standout, and the views while dining didn’t hurt either. And the coffee bar? Incredible. I’m still thinking about those drinks. Pool and beach service was awesome — big shoutout to Geo, Jason, Gabriel, and Karina for taking such great care of us. They made our days by the water even better. There are so many fun and unique touches around the property too — like the funicular ride down to the beach, the hanging bridge, and the gym and spa area with killer views. They’ve really thought of everything. Also want to give a special thanks to Ozzie, who was always there when we needed something and made sure everything went smoothly for us. If you're thinking about visiting, do it. Nekajui is a total gem. We’re already dreaming about going back.

We just had the most incredible stay at the Ritz Carlton Reserve Nekajui and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were treated with such warmth and care by the entire team, making this a stay to remember. Omar, our initial butler, met us at the Andaz and drove us to the Ritz, giving us a tour of the stunning resort before taking us to our beautiful room. He also reached out before our arrival making sure our arrival experience was seamless. Our room was stunning, and no detail was left out. We are so thankful for our beautiful room and truly enjoyed it to the max! Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special and allowed us to stay in such an amazing room:) Alonso, our main butler, truly went above and beyond. He was always quick to respond on WhatsApp and made sure everything was taken care of throughout our stay. He was there for us everyday and made us feel so welcome. Thank you for everything! Special thanks also to all the other butlers who picked us up and helped us including Mariano and Dayshan. A special appreciation to Luis as well, who emailed us ahead of our arrival to make sure everything would be perfect, and he certainly delivered. He assisted with securing our stunning room, and took time to personally visit with us one morning during breakfast. We can't thank you enough for your thoughtfulness and attention to making our stay perfect! Ana has truly assembled the best team of ladies and gentlemen, and it shows in every interaction we had. David at Brisa Restaurant took exceptional care of us during meals. Gio at the pool was also amazing, always ready to assist with a smile. The resort itself is stunning, and in our 4-night stay, we never ran out of things to do! Whether it was relaxing by the pool, the spa facilities, our room, beach activities, or enjoying all the incredible other amenities, every moment was a joy. The housekeeping team deserves special mention too, as they kept our room spotless and even left us evening cookies that were a sweet touch we looked forward to every night. The fitness center was fantastic, with amazing energy bars that kept me fueled during workouts. Another thoughtful detail we really appreciated was the house-filtered water available at every restaurant. It’s such a great touch, especially when you don’t have to worry about paying for expensive bottled water at every meal like at other properties. This was undoubtedly one of the top resorts we have ever stayed at, and we are already looking forward to returning!! I want to thank everyone else who made our stay special and to those whose names I do not remember, thank you to everyone at Ritz Nekaijui for making our stay unforgettable!

Beautifully built hotel with staff that is really kind and helpful. We enjoyed the extra activities that were offered during our visit, such as pottery making and paddle boarding. Adrienne was a great paddle board guide. And Alex always served really great coffee in the cafe. The food was also some of the best that we’ve had for a resort. You can tell that they focus on fresh local food. We enjoyed every meal.

I recently stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Reserve Nekajui, and it was an incredible experience. Initially, the low volume of guests made things feel almost too quiet and slow—it caught us off guard. But after settling in, and especially after visiting the overly busy resort down the road, I realized this is actually one of Nekajui’s greatest strengths. The calm, unhurried atmosphere paired with exceptionally high service creates a level of relaxation that’s hard to find anywhere else. It takes a moment to settle into the slower pace, but once you do, you fully appreciate the peaceful luxury this place offers. It’s rare that I’m this impressed, and I’d absolutely go out of my way to return. The staff were not only professional but also genuinely warm and welcoming, which made the entire experience even better. Special thanks to our Manzu (butler), Pablo—he’s one of the happiest and friendliest people you’ll ever meet, and he made our stay truly memorable.
